Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 The main downfall of the site is that the camping area is at the furthest point from the facilities, having young children who need to go to the toilet a lot it wasn't ideal, but other then that it was a lovely stay.
Lovely site, not too far from shops, lovely walks nearby, the beach and river right by the site was a massive plus.
Beautiful location Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2025 We had a great nights stay here. The facilities were all clean and did the job. We loved the chickens roaming around outside our motorhome. It has a stunning backdrop at this site! We loved the onsite pizzeria for dinner.
Great chillout spot Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2025 Great stop for couple of nights after NC500.
Nice stay at Ben Nevis Holiday Park Recommends site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Everything was great, the staff was nice, everything clean and cheap.
Great site Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 Location wise, we couldn't fault it, to sleep at the bottom of Ben Nevis is lovely.
We arrived quite late in the afternoon and after a long drive, was looking forward to something to eat and a brew, but upon arrival, there was a sign to say the café was shut. Had we had known this, we would have stopped beforehand, so that was a little disappointing.
Once we'd set up the van, we walked into Fort William - it a nice walk, took us about 45 minutes.
In the morning, we went to use the shower facilities having seen a sign the evening before saying the shower and toilet blocks were shut 9am to10am. I went up at 8.50am and they'd already been closed. Again, another minor disappointment. We headed off without being able to use the facilities.
It's a great site, I think we were just a little unfortunate in our timings and it would have been nice to have known prior to arrival the café was closed.
Nice place to stay Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 Too many chickens running around and making a mess. They're cute until there mess tracks into the motorhome.
Great Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 Quiet, well maintained with clean and warm toilets and showers, all in all a great site.
Very good Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 Excellent! Would book again!
Great location Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Small Electric Hardstanding Pitches (No Awnings) May 2025 This campsite is a great location for exploring Fort William and Glencoe with stunning views of Ben Nevis.
We chose this campsite as we needed to do our laundry. Sadly only one out of four washing machines were working so we were fourth in the queue to get our washing done. The Revolution laundry units are operated by an
independent operator and to be fair were being fixed on the morning we left the campsite.
The loos and showers were always very clean. Two out of eight hot taps did not work in the handwash basins in the lady's loos. There were only two sinks, without taps, for dishwashing - not really enough on this busy site and very wasteful in terms of water use.
There was always plenty of hot water. The waste and recycling area was well set up with bins clearly marked.
Great stay, great location Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Small Electric Hardstanding Pitches (No Awnings) May 2025 Lovely park, clean and well situated for Fort William with superb views of Ben Nevis.
Cafe is great, however food choice was limited. Showers lovely but not a fan of having to push a button continually. Wi-Fi was good.
Would recommend and would stay again although it is on the high side in terms of pricing. Nice park though - location, location, location.
Camping visit Recommends site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 Great facility and a lovely stay.
Pretty good Recommends site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 This is written from the point of view of a backpacker. Probably not the target customer of this site. I needed to stay overnight in Fort William after finishing the West Highland Way. This appeared to be the closest site to town.
Short bus ride from Morrisons to a medical centre near the site. There is no pavement from where you get off the bus to the site.
I was late and my instructions had been left in a box next to reception. No problems, all very clear. A good site to pitch on. Nice and level. Good soil - I didn't hit a stone with a single peg.
Lovely toilet and shower facilities. It would have been better if there were some general waste bins on the non electric camping area. I had to look for them elsewhere on the site.
Overall, a good experience.
Great location and really good site Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2025 One of the best sites we've been too, lovely location near the river. Nice and quiet where we stayed (far enough from the kids play area anyway).
Facilities looked almost new and very clean, the pizzeria was also great, a little bit slow so imagine when it's busy it would be manic but was tasty. We will definitely return. The chickens roam free which we thought added to it being so fab.
Overnight stay Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2025 Rather expensive but very convenient for Fort William and our onward journey. Facilities very clean and look newly refurbished. Would stay again if in the area👍
Excellent stay great facilities Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2025 Great campsite in a good location, with as good as it gets for the facilities.
Ben Nevis hike and fishing weekend Recommends site
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 Excellent place to go camping BBQ just by river and Ben Nevis views.
Everything was perfect, clean toilets/showers, friendly staff and can't forget the chickens that are free to wander 😀
Ideal campsite Recommends site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 Such a great campsite. View from our tent overlooking the river and mountains was beautiful.
Great facilities, clean and well kept.
Ideal location if climbing Ben Nevis.
Super quiet and peaceful in the evenings. I love the chickens roaming around.
Great site with great facilities Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2025 Great site with great facilities. TV reception poor. Friendly staff and best shower block ever.

Good, well laid out site Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2025 Very good site, well laid out especially with the river behind it.
Could have had some local information, like taxi numbers.
The toilet block was very clean, but why was there music playing? Was annoying with the heavy bass beat. The music was intrusive and loud.
Amazing Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2025 Amazing location. Our main reason for visiting Scotland was to climb Ben Nevis and the holiday park is less than a 10 minute drive away from the car park we used. Perfectly suitable.
Toilet facilities were kept clean and tidy. All grounds were kept tidy.
So beautiful Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2025 Beautiful site, amazing views and location, clean and warm facilities great for winter camping.
Showers had a very short push button timer which was a bit frustrating.
My stay Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 We left a day early due to building/maintenance noise going on.
I felt that the showers were poor and the cafe was closed due to a fire and flood. I wouldn't return.
Quick stop Recommends site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 Stayed just after the new year. The café closed, too far to walk anywhere, many water points frozen. Toilet and showers exceptional.
New Year holiday stay Recommends site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Dec 2024 Unfortunately, the weather had a significant impact on our experience at this site. While we understand the challenges posed by such conditions, we feel that more efforts could have been made to contact us prior to our arrival, to inform us of the flooding on-site.
That being said, we do appreciate the staff's efforts in finding us an alternative, which was our only viable option (wedged in between two static caravans) other than traveling 380 miles back home.
Although this visit did not meet our expectations, we must commend the site's high standards and upkeep. Despite this experience, we remain hopeful for an opportunity to return under better circumstances.
New year break Recommends site
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Dec 2024 A good campsite and location. The extreme weather conditions UK wide, resulted in flooding. The staff managed admirably, offering assistance and alternative pitch or refund. The on site facilities were fabulous, I would stay again.
