Clear filters Extremely good site
Jun 2025 Really nice site in a beautiful location. Very clean and tidy, peaceful with just the lowing of the cows in the next field.
The manager, Billy, went out of his way to ensure everything was ok and personally greeted us on arrival and took time to chat when we were leaving. He made us feel that we were friends as well as customers.
We enjoyed the site so much that we stayed an additional night on top of the three nights on our original booking and we intend to return later in the year for a longer stay.
There is plenty to see and do in the local area.
First outing in campervan
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 We chose well for our first night in our campervan. Beautiful spot, very scenic with a lovely dog walking field on site.
Everything was well laid out and maintained. Spotlessly clean facilities and grounds.
Nice walks from site with the Rhug Farm shops a 10 minute stroll away.
A lovely welcome from Billy on entry and a nice chat on leaving, a credit to the site.
We will be back for another hopefully longer stay very soon.

Plenty of space for each pitch and comprehensive facilities, which were incredibly clean at all times. Good space to walk the dog too.

Peaceful and friendly campsite
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2024 We wanted to get away for some peace and quiet, this was the perfect campsite. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the owner of the campsite, Billy, was very friendly.
He made our stay even more pleasant and went out of his way to help us. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2024 Lovely welcome to this stunning location. Peaceful and picturesque excellent facilities, just what you need.
Regarding location, fantastic walks from site and dog field on site. Fantastic Wi-Fi on site and a local pub within under 2 miles in one direction, which serves yummy food and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, also near the pub a spar shop selling essentials. In the other direction, country estate which has three food options as well as a farm shop, a bit pricey but stunning, so considering what is there, it's worth it. That is less than a mile away.
Definitely recommend this site, a good break away from the rat race of life.

Aug 2024 A lovely, quiet, beautifully kept site with spotless facilities surrounded by open fields - we couldn't fault the site.
Billy, the site manager, was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back.
A bit of a gem
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 We booked as a stopover and wished we had stayed longer. A charming small site with, most poignantly, the best showers I have ever encountered on a campsite! Plots were immaculately groomed and there is an expansive field where you can exercise your dog.
The owner was very friendly and added to the quality of the experience, as did the small heard of inquisitive, friendly young bovines who spend their time peering through the boundary fence, I suspect in envy of the showers!
A fabulous stay

The site was very well kept, clean and tidy. A great welcome from our host, he couldn't have done more for us.
We would definitely stay again, if we're in the area.
Lovely relaxing stay
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 We are new to motor-homing and needed to get some practice in. We found this lovely little site not to far away for our second outing.
We were met by the lovely manager Billy, as soon as we arrived he told us all about the site and was very welcoming.
The site is kept beautiful and watching all the calves right outside our back window was lovely. There were a lot of nice walks close by and will definitely visit gain soon.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 Lovely campsite, in a quiet location. The campsite is very well kept and Billy, the warden, is really helpful and on hand if you need anything. The facilities are small but very clean and lovely hot showers.

This is a very quiet site so perfect as a base for exploring and returning to for a good night sleep. I will be returning.
Lovely & peaceful
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 A lovely peaceful few days away. The site was great with good sized pitches and was safe enough for our 5 year old grandson to play safely.
Bill was very helpful and met us on arrival and was available throughout our stay, checking to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The facilities are spotless and we particularly liked the dog walking area where we could take our dogs throughout the stay. There's a pub that serves food about 10 minutes drive.
The weather has been beautiful & there was space for us to sit outside and enjoy a BBQ or two. We will definitely be back.
