Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Billy, Billy, Billy. What a lovely man, there to help with anything and everything. Really enjoyed our time here and would return. Extremely clean facilities and well maintained site.
Unfortunately couldn't try out our awning due to the weather, but not a problem, didn't really need it, just fancied a play.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 First time testing our camper and new to camping. This campsite was great, very tidy with all necessary amenities and a facility for our pooch to be walked. Very clean shower/toilet/washing block. Billy greeted us and gave excellent support throughout the stay.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 Well what can I say, we had a lovely pitch in a corner with cows and sheep in fields around us.
Loved waking up to that view! Lovely welcome from Billy, who is always on hand to help. He could be seen walking the park checking on the facilities. With spending a lot of my life in the hospitality trade, this is a true sign of a good manager. Like some have said, the shower and toilet facilities are dated, however Billy keeps them very clean and tidy.
We would definitely recommend and return.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 Had a fab 2 days here, campsite lovely. Well spaced pitches, toilet block lovely and clean. Billy was very pleasant and welcoming, showed us to our pitch and had a chat. Had a great time in Wales, definitely will come back 😊

Aug 2023 Lovely, quiet campsite. Showers and toilets always clean. Billy was very helpful and friendly, lovely fella. You do need transport to get around but all within a short distance. Would definitely stay again if in the area x

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 Perfect. Quiet. Spotless facilities. Better shower than mine at home! Good size pitch. Beautiful views. Dogs very welcome. Decent walk to farm shop and cafe.
Organic foods and drinks with organic prices to match! Brilliant welcome. Will be back.
14 year old enjoyed the little football pitch. He would have liked a mate. I was happy he couldn't find any 🤣

Aug 2023 Touring caravan, stayed for 4 nights. Great location, scenery, spotlessly clean, free decent Wi-Fi. The site manager, Billy is extremely friendly and welcoming - went out of his way to help us access and exit the site which was very much appreciated. Thank you, will definitely return.
Great stopover
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 Peaceful night's sleep. Convenient location just off the A5 and right next to a popular farm shop. Very welcoming staff and fantastic, clean facilities. Good, hot showers.

A little gem!
Jul 2023 We always love coming back to Gaerhyfryd, the site is always immaculate, the toilet block is clean and always lots of hot water from the great showers.
Billy, the warden, is so welcoming and helpful and he helps make the atmosphere relaxed and safe. Added to that is the field adjoining the campsite which often has Highland Cattle in it, this year with their calves.....very special.
A lovely, peaceful spot and beautifully maintained.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 Loved it here, nice quiet site with everything as it should be. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by countryside views. The facilities are perfectly adequate. We could have benefited from a freezer with the weather being so hot, but it wouldn't stop us staying again. Billy the warden was helpful and friendly. Happy campers!!!

Lovely campsite, very peaceful. I'll be coming back for a longer relaxing stay.
There's a nice walk which crosses the river to a pub, about 25 mins to walk.
The showers and toilets are very clean.
