Blissful stay at a beautiful site

We had a fabulous stay at Sleningford Watermill. We felt immediately welcome at our check-in and were given lots of useful information. We were on a non-electric pitch, so were able to choose where to pitch our site. We had a lovely position right next to the river with only a short walk to the shower block and to the water.
The site is absolutely beautiful and clearly focuses on conservation. It is so peaceful and tranquil. The facilities here are outstanding. The shower block and wash-up area were immaculate each and every time we visited them.
We had two dogs with us. Dogs are not allowed off the lead anywhere in the park, however, it's only a very short walk out of the site and dogs can run freely along a riverside pathway to the village. It takes 15 mins at most. We had lunch at the pub and the beer garden is right on the river too.
We cannot wait to visit again and next time stay for longer.
