Very helpful and pleasant
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches May 2023 Fantastic site and owner. Couldn't have been more kind, especially when our motorhome broke down. He had a look but it was obvious that it needed a new part and Paul (the owner) contacted a local mechanic, who came to the site and fixed the problem.
Absolutely brilliant help and service.
Would definitely stay again
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Oct 2022 Lovely peaceful campsite with a friendly helpful owner. Only feedback would be to perhaps put sensor lighting in a few areas to guide people to the facilities on a night time.

Much needed peace
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Sep 2022 Booked this short break as a much-needed rest away from everything, and it fitted the bill perfectly. A beautiful site in a lovely tranquil setting, clean and tidy and quiet, absolutely lovely. We went along the estuary on Saturday and it is a lovely place to walk or cycle, we cycled and took in some lovely views. Would definitely book again.

As a camper in a tent, my only observation was the lack of a fridge available.
I have found this extremely helpful on many other sites, we can't always guarantee our English weather and the ability to keep some things chilled more efficiently would be beneficial.
Lovely holiday park
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Aug 2022 Hunters lodge is a lovely quiet park with plenty of lovely walks. Close to public transport, really good cycle paths and also close to the railway station. If you want a quiet holiday, this place is perfect.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2022 Excellent stay at the Hunters Lodge camping site. Friendly helpful owner lovely grounds. We had a fantastic stay, great location easy to visit lots of places. Makes a brilliant base. A lot of walks on the doorstep.
