Warm welcome great for our needs

Had a warm welcome on a secure site, owners were very welcoming and obviously work hard to develop and keep the site in good condition. Our next pitch visitor arrived when we did and had some electrical issues, the owner sorted these immediately.

Excellent location

Sarah was very welcoming. The site is a very large field which is very dog friendly. The facilities are 3 men’s wc’s, 2 showers and a communal basin/trough. The showers are £1 for 4.5 minutes of hot water. All very clean but could be busy if all 60 pitches are taken! Regular busses to Hastings just outside the site.

Hi John, Thanks for your review. We have onsite 4 male toilets and 4 ladies toilets. With the showers being £1 for 5 minutes we find people don't waste time or water in them, even if the site is fully booked. With water shortages and droughts we feel this is appropriate in the climate of things. They can service roughly 48 users an hour, we have outstanding boilers!

Lovely site, convenient for Hastings.

Lovely quiet site. Facilities were good and kept clean. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Farm camp

Very friendly welcome from Sarah when we arrived 😊 really liked the relaxed feeling but knowing it was secure was great . Site was very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely Stay

Myself & my friend stayed for two nights. Sarah who greeted us upon arrival was fantastic, explained & told us everything we needed to know. Toilets & showers were clean & didn’t need to wait at any point of the weekend. Campsite was quiet & a relaxing vibe with a nice sunset

Friendly, relaxed and immaculate facilities

This campsite is basically a well organised large field surrounded by trees, well located and organised, with pitches around the unmowed middle, cleverly controlled access and with super kind staff and spotless loos/shower blocks and washing up facilities. A relaxing base for a couple of nights

Fantastic campsite!

A lovely little campsite with the most welcoming and friendly staff you could wish for. The showers and toilets were beautifully clean and was able to have a nice hot shower no problem. The site is clean, tidy, well organised and overall, a lovely place to stay!

Very nice quiet campsite

There was nice grassy field with toilet blocks and washing up facilities. It was clean quiet and easy to get in and out. Definitely recommend for a short break!

3 days at Beaulieu Farm campsite

Great campsite. Beautiful and such lovely, accommodating staff! Very peaceful visit, and great facilities. Quick 20minute walk to a lovely pub called The conquerors March. Such a lovely couple of days! Thank you!

Cannot say a bad word about this site! Friendly staff, great pitch locations and a well stocked shop with low prices. Facilities were brilliant - showers and toilets were of a great standard and kept very clean. No trouble with noise or other disturbances either. No complaints at all and would happily return!

Lovely weekend getaway

Very pretty location, but can sometimes be disturbed by the leisure centre just behind the pitch. One night, there seemed to be a football game which was very noisy. Obviously this isn't the campsite's fault but just something to mention. The facilities were very clean, hot water was rather inconsistent along with water pressure but was manageable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a lovely weekend getaway.

A great spot next to Hastings

A great stay here (couple, 20s) with small dog. The site was huge and we had loads of space between us and the next campers, we didn't hear anything from anyone else staying at the campsite the whole time. The location is grand, just outside of Hastings. Not exactly "wild", or "remote", and there's no "views" within the site itself, but it's perfect for exploring the coast, or Hastings. The adjacent road wasn't too noisy and didn't bother us at all. The toilets were exceptionally clean at all times. The site was secure behind a gate and was staffed the whole time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The small on-site shop had essentials and was reasonably priced.

Our first night after crossing the channel from Calais

Simple, but easy and very clean location. Very nice operator who takes care about their customers interest. They called us prior arrival as bad weather the days before left some parts of the grassy campsite in extremely wet and soft surface conditions - so our camper may get stuck in certain section. Showers worked well. We had a long and interesting chat with Mike. Very nice person. We would go there again.

Lovely quiet campsite

Had a lovely time at the campsite, it's nice and quiet. Toilets and showers are very clean. Although we would need a large pitch if we went again as we found the medium pitch too small. We had a 3 man tent and gazebo and it filled the space. Staff are very friendly, it's a really lovely campsite :)

Great place for a weekend get away

Well planned site with good facilities for the money.
