Site's response
Thank you for leaving us a review it is much appreciated. We have access directly off the B4368 Craven Arms to Bridgnorth Road (briefly on a shared drive which lorries use on a very regular basis). We are an adults only site so noise is kept to a minimum and guests can sit and chill and listen to the birdsong and chat to their partner, friend or family surrounded by the living landscape the rolling Corvedale Hills provide. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating when my sister forgot her tent poles! They made us feel very welcome and the other campers were also very lovely. Would stay again.
Site's response
We are glad we could help you and that you enjoyed your stay. If you ever forget anything it is always worth asking the owners if they have anything you can borrow - if they don't they should be able to advise you where you can get it. (Your sister was not the first person to leave the right tent poles at home). We look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for leaving us a review.
So good we stayed an extra night!

We were booked in for two nights camping but ended up extending it to 3 nights. Beautiful campsite, slightly on a slope, but it didn't cause a problem. The site is lovely with lots of trees and greenery. There are lots of birds and we even saw a red kite a few times - beautiful. The hosts are all lovely and friendly and informative. The facilities could do with a bit of upgrading but everything was clean and worked well, so that was just my personal preference. Location wise the site is a few miles from a supermarket at Craven Arms. Adult only and dog-friendly, perfect!
Site's response
We are glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the trees and birds. Being an adults only site guests can sit and chill being serenaded by a variety of birds. Red Kites and Buzzards are regularly seen flying over the site. We are situated in the rolling Corvedale Hills midway between the historic market town of Ludlow with it's castle independent shops and eateries, river, market and Church Stretton right by Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd. The generous pitches allow guests to pitch their unit to accommodate the slight slope and take advantage of the views. Craven Arms has Tuffins a large independent supermarket, butchers, bakers, chemist, cafes, take a ways, couple of pubs, petrol station, mainline train station, Discovery Centre and Stokesay Castle to name a few. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

We spent 2 nights in this place. The pitches are very large and beautifully laid out between trees. The sanitary facilities are spacious and the shower temperature can be regulated. We were greeted very warmly and the owners were very helpful. (Translated from German)

We do have a lot of mature (and some maturing trees) that break up the site, help provide privacy , shade and a sanctuary for birds and wildlife. Our shower facilities do surprise and impress some of our guests. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it is much appreciated.

Excellent, clean, tidy site and very peaceful, relaxing stay.
Site's response
Thank you for your recommendation, it is much appreciated. Whilst we are a quiet adults only rural site, we are not too far from things to do, see or walk or cycle to. It is nice to relax and unwind when away- just sit and chat, watch the world go by and listen to the birdsong - something we don't often get the opportunity to in the cities or even find time to do when at home - there is always something that needs doing or someone who wants attention. Thank you again.
Lovely campsite!

Absolutely loved our stay here, there were 4 of us, staying in two tents with a dog. Our dog is dog reactive and once they'd put us on a pitch, they then went out of the their way to change it for us as we were two close to neighbouring dogs. We were really glad that dog owners were also encouraged to keep dogs on leads. This was a really positive thing for us! We were in a quiet little corner of the site all on our on it was absolute bliss! The toilet block modern and clean, they also have had a really organised recycling station with crates to be able to split recycling down!
Site's response
We are glad you enjoyed your stay and would thank you for leaving us such a nice review. We allow dogs on our touring pitches and in 2/3 of our glamping pods providing they are kept on a lead at all times as not all guests like dogs (some are allergic to them) and not all dogs like other dogs. We do try to give guests a choice of pitch but this is not always possible at busy times. If guests have a preference or a nervous dog it is always great to know in advance so that we take this into account. We do encourage guests to recycle their glass, tins, plastics, paper, cardboard and food waste and as stated provide crates that can be taken to the pitches to facilitate this. Thank you again for your review it is much appreciated.
