We had a wonderful holiday at the pods! The location was beautiful and we were about 40 mins from the things we wanted to see (Caves, Elan Valley etc.) but the drive was always beautiful. The owners were attentive and responsive. We stayed in one of the single pods with us 2 adults and 2 small kids - it was a little snug, so we will be booking the bigger pod next time as they looked lovely and roomy!
Kids loved the hot tubs and they loved feeding the chickens and donkeys on site, as well as watching/listening to the sheep! It is in the middle of a farm, so I would bring some fly spray next time. The fridge was quite small in the little pods too - fine for 2 adults but a cool box would be something else I would add to my packing list (mainly for the beers!)
Overall we had a wonderful holiday and made some brilliant memories - my 5 year wont stop talking about how great the pod was and how much he now wants a hot tub!

We do advertise the smaller pods as best suited to 2 guests, but can sleep 4 with the sofa bed and yes, we would recommend the larger pods (Wye and our new Severn pod) for a family ideally too. We are pleased you liked our chickens and donkeys (Barney and Pablo) - they are quite the characters.
