Favourite campsite!
Jul 2025 Delightful, quiet family run campsite on working farm. Owners are really friendly and helpful. Excellent pitches. we used grass with hardstanding & electric hookup, other friends used grass with hookup. There's a great "wild camping" field too. Fabulous views. Super new shower and toilet block, very clean & attractive.
Easy access to several beaches, lovely walking on farm & on Coastal Paths. Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac within easy reach!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2025 This was the first time we had been to Cornwall to camp in a very long time.
The Proprietors were excellent, the pitch was brilliant, everything about this camp site is 100% could not think of anything negative and so very well run and well kept.
The cream tea was fabulous and so very enjoyable we will be returning later in the year.

A wonderful way to start camping again

It was a perfect site with a matching view. Shower block and toilets perfectly clean.
Definitely recommend.
Wonderful stay!
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2024 We are a family of 4 and one lovely Labrador and we have had a wonderful stay this weekend. We stayed in the wild camping field so no electric, so I can't comment on that, but for your back to basics style camping, we had a truly wonderful time.
Everyone on the site was also so friendly. The showers were lovely and warm. You can see the new shower and toilet block being built and I think that will be a lovely edition to a true little gem of a campsite we have found. The views are just gorgeous, cannot wait to return!

Perfect wild camping
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2024 Thank you for having us for our brief overnight stop. Lovely spot, away from road, not too busy, quiet and peaceful. Running water, drinking water available close by. Fire pits and BBQs allowed.
Very reasonable prices, especially during the Royal Cornwall show. We'll definitely be back for longer sometime with the kids!
Toilets are a little tired, didn't use shower as we were there for only one night. Flushing loo was slightly iffy but not in any way dirty.
Camping experience Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2023 Great little spot. Only thing I would say is the toilet situation wasn't always the cleanest or usable in some cases (flushing issues).
Another note would be we never met anyone who worked there.
Beautiful location
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 The campsite was in a brilliant location, easy to access from direct routes. We stayed in the non electric field which looked out over the countryside. They could benefit from a few extra showers and toilets (2 mens, 2 womens) as it got a bit busy at times. However, the tearooms were a massive bonus and well worth a visit. Overall a really friendly site with all you need for a trip to Cornwall!

Hosts are very welcoming and on hand for any enquiries.
Highly recommend.
Stunning views
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 The views are stunning from the wild camping field where we stayed and it was a good flat spot we found 😄
The toilets were too small, but the shower was great, though could have done with a bit more of a dressing area.
We would stay there again for the peace and views x
Great stay
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2023 Basic campsite in a great location for Port Issac (By bus), Rock, Padstow (Via Ferry from Rock) and Newquay (By bus from Wadebridge). You can easily walk to a couple of pubs (Pityme Inn - Pityme & The Mariners - Rock). Showers although basic & a little tired (which the owners are aware of and tell you on arrival) provide plentiful hot water. We would happily stay again assuming the pricing remains competitive vs nearby sites. All in all, we would recommend.
