Small Tent - Non Electric Wild Meadow Camping PitchesApr 2023

Had a very enjoyable two nights here in a lovely setting. The location requires quite a walk from Moreton on foot but Emma was happy to give me a lift into Moreton to go to the bus stop. The setting is in the middle of beautiful countryside, which was lovely to see. Two minor points for improvement; the field does get quite muddy, especially around the entrance to the field and some extra woodchips around the entrance wouldn't go amiss as it is hard to get onto the field without walking through mud. Also some recycling bins would be good. Other than that, I had a delightful stay and would happily recommend this campsite and stay here again.

We have had some turbulent weather lately and it is a lot muddier than usual for this time of the year, I appreciate your suggestion and I will request our woodsman to put some wood chippings down. We have always had a leave no trace ethos but if that were to change, recycling bins would be first. Please do come back and visit, you have 150 acres of ancient, historic woodland yet to explore! Only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and the facilities were great.

Glamping Cabin - Avalon CabinMar 2023

Great place out in the woods. Comfortable warm cabins. Large decking area with fire pit you can cook off and plenty of wood. Clean new facilities. Parkrun next door. Welcoming owners.
