Short stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Riverside) Oct 2025 Site is beautiful and grounds immaculately kept. Easy no contact set up.
Only complaint is the showers need better care when cleaning and the shower length for the coin operation is not visible. No warning as to when it will stop, so you can be left half way through washing when the shower stops.
Never been on a fully serviced site before that has coin operated washing facilities. Motion sensor lights at night didn't always come on making walking to and from toilet blocks harder, especially when needing to use the disabled facilities.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Paddock) Sep 2025 A bit out of the way, but we have bikes so wasn't a problem. Site is very quiet. Shower facilities very good.
Didn't meet the owners as they give you your pitch number on email prior to arrival. Very well maintained and pretty and if you're into fishing you're in for a treat!
Has a beauty spa. We only booked 2 days before arrival, so it was fully booked for the treatment I'd have liked, which was a shame.
Excellent site
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Riverside) Aug 2025 This is a very peaceful site. We were right by the river which was lovely. There are also two fishing lakes that are set in really nice surrounds.
There is a really good dog walk with lovely views and farm animals nearby. We will definitely be back.
Hidden gem
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Riverside) May 2025 This hidden gem only has 6 touring pitches by the side of the river Cripps. It also has static caravans and some lodges , both of which are privately owned and beautifully laid out, alongside 2 small fishing lakes. It also has 4 rental cottages and a small spa. The site is very pretty and exceptionally well maintained. The facilities are modern and clean. My only criticism is the WiFi , which is paid for via a QR code, is very hit and miss. Most of the time I couldn’t get a signal. Having said that the site is very quiet and relaxing so managed to do lots of reading. Would certainly recommend a visit and we shall certainly be back again.
Excellent place to come and chill
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Riverside) Apr 2025 Absolutely loved our stay here. Lovely, clean toilets and showers - the 50 pence shower lasted a long time. Fishing on site was excellent, few good fish caught by my husband.
We have booked again for August. There is also a room full of books and DVDs to borrow, brilliant idea. See you in August 👍

Amazing stay
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Paddock) Apr 2025 Amazing stay. First time on site and wasn't sure what to expect, we were not disappointed.
After finding our own way to our pitch, number sent to us in advance, we settled in and then took our dogs for a walk, and what a lovely walk that was. All around the perimeter of the farm in a fenced area and it was glorious.
We were pitched close to the river and that was a bonus. Definitely going again. 10/10.

Only negative is Wi-Fi signal not strong enough to stream TV, but hey, we had a wonderful stay as first time caravanners 👍

There were lots of birds and squirrels very close to the pitch and the river view from our pitch was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Riverside) Dec 2024 The people are lovely on site. Very welcoming and helpful. The river behind the hard pitches is a beautiful backdrop to wake up to every morning.
The facilities are excellent & well maintained. I will stay again when I'm next in this area. My dogs enjoyed their stay too! I wasn't charged extra for my dogs like at other sites. You will enjoy your stay here. I 100% recommend.
First time in this campsite, it was amazing!
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Paddock) Nov 2024 First time going to Cripps farm, I would definitely go back as the land is amazing. It was lovely, quiet and so peaceful. The showers and toilets are so clean, 50p for the showers which I think is is more than enough for a good long shower. Our dog loved the lake and the whole area.

Great location for Wells and North Somerset coast and also, the RSPB and Avalon Marshes.

It was by the river and surrounded by trees. Beautifully kept site with lakes nearby too. A fisherman's paradise I imagine.
The only slight negative was that the showers cost 50p. Not a problem if you are aware but we weren't.
The shower/toilet facilities were spotless. Lots of information was available and the book exchange and games were a bonus.
