Impromptu trip
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding and Grass Pitches May 2024 Excellent campsite, perfectly positioned for walking/cycling, nestled in some beautiful countryside and villages, and well within reach of Redcar, Saltburn, Whitby etc.
The campsite is very clean and tidy and it has some of the best showers we have used whilst away.
Definitely a must for walkers and outdoor types!

Fantastic little site
Motorhome - Hardstanding and Grass Pitches May 2024 Fantastic site with beautiful views, owners were very welcoming. Toilets and showers are one of the best, from our experience. Very peaceful setting with well spaced out pitches. It's a bit remote to walk to a pub or shop, but lots of walking routes in the area. Ideal if you have a car as lots places to visit not far from this location. The site was faultless, we will definitely be back again.

VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding and Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Great site, with good washing up, shower & toilet facilities, which were cleaned about three times a day and everyone was encouraged to 'leave the showers and toilets as you'd like to find them' - most people did this and it showed, which was great for everyone!
Unfortunately, the overnight lighting on site was very bright through the night, which may have been difficult for people camping in tents and it meant there was a lot of light pollution hindering late night star gazing!
Overall, a great place to stay with friendly staff - thank you, we would come again.

Very polite owner, very tidy place to stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding and Grass Pitches Aug 2023 This place is gated so very secure. There is a good walk for the dog and the shower was more powerful than mine at home! It is a very well maintained place. The owner is mindful about giving everyone space, so doesn’t cram people in. I’ll definitely go back.
