Adult only small campsite perfect for a quiet stay
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass and Gravel Pitches Sep 2026 Great location and lovely clean site with dog walking on site. Can't fault the site, we will definitely be going back next year.
Excellent adult-only site close to Bovey Tracey
Motorhome - Electric Grass and Gravel Pitches Sep 2026 The site was very well-located, within 1.5 miles of Bovey Tracey and even nearer Chudleigh Knighton and the Claycutters pub. Lots of good dog walking in the area, in addition to the use of a field adjacent to the site. Facilities were excellent and kept very clean. Could not fault the site and we really enjoyed our stay - highly recommended.

Amazing location for dark skies and we were lucky to have no clouds the night of our visit, so the star gazing was excellent.

Immaculate conditions, toilet and shower block was spotless, every single area was clean and well maintained and we absolutely loved it ❤️
We had plot 40 in the corner which was fab hard standing and grass with electric hook up so quiet and full of stars ✨ in the night sky to look at.
We thoroughly recommend this campsite and cannot wait to return sometime soon when they reopen. Thank you Debbie and Alan see you guys again soon!

Peaceful and great access to Dartmoor
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 We came here last year too and it impressed us so much we came back again this year, all the facilities are amazing and clean and the owners are both lovely too and easily approachable if you have any issues.
The location is perfect for us as there is a Lidl 10 mins drive away and also Trago mills too. It is very well situated for access to Dartmoor which is what we wanted.
We will be returning next year for more of the same and I have no hesitation recommending this site to any adults wishing for a peaceful trip with good access to the moors and Exeter/surrounding towns if needed.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass and Gravel Pitches Aug 2026 Had the best 3 nights at Oakmoor Touring Park. The lovely owners, Allan and Debbie, couldn't do enough for you and were quick to help with personal requests where they could.
A perfectly sized site for a solo camper and her pooch and the 16+age restriction made the site a peaceful and relaxing place, with a spotless shower block and enough facilities for the number of occupants, even on a busy weekend.
Great location for walking in lovely countryside with multiple rivers for the pooch to cool down in on a warm day.
Would definitely return for another visit next season. Thank you for a great stay.

Sufficient & spacious toilets & showers, kept immaculately clean.
A great location, close to the edge of Dartmoor National Park but also close to the seaside. A pub within walking distance.
We bought dinner the first evening from a visiting butcher with a bbq.
