About the site
This family friendly spot is set a 20 minute drive from Winchester and in the South Downs National Park. Enjoy plenty of onsite activities including watersports, fishing, quad biking, live entertainment, archery, two play areas, and more! If you fancy a bite to eat, there's an onsite bar and grill, pizzas inspired by global flavours, and a cafe serving fresh options daily. Guests are entitled to a 10% discount on activities. Choose from electric and non electric grass pitches (8m x 10m) for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. Electric hardstanding pitches (8m x 10m) are also available for trailer tents, caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. All electric hookups are 16 amps. Opt for more comfort with one of the safari tents, each equipped with a double bedroom and two bunk rooms (linen and towels supplied). Inside, you'll find a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, and toaster, along with a dining area and lounge with a sofa. There are also two deluxe safari tents, which instead feature a king bedroom, a twin room with a bunk bed, and a double cabin bed (linen and towels supplied). These are also fitted with kitchenettes, dining areas, and a lounge space. Outside, both have a spacious decking area with seating, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ. If you fancy a day interacting with wildlife, Marwell Zoo is just a five minute drive from the site. Dogs are welcome onsite! BBQs are permitted, please ensure they are raised off the ground. Fire pits are also available for hire.

Site rules and policies
*For camping and touring, check-in is between 12pm-6pm. Please check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Check-in, for glamping, is between 4pm-6pm. Check out is at 10am on the day of your departure.
*Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
*The site does not accept breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.
* Cars must be parked in the allocated parking zone and only permitted by the lodges for loading.
* Ensuring that no noise is made after 10.30pm till 7.30am and no music of any kind.
* Ensuring an accurate list of all group members completes the occupancy log on arriva,l with a copy stored in the office
* Ensure accommodation is kept clean and tidy.
* Ensure all taps and lights, and sockets are turned off after use. Fire doors are to be closed when not occupied.
* The accommodation is strictly no smoking inside the premises. Use sand filled ash buckets on the patio.
* Fireworks are not to be used on site.
* Any damage costs must be paid prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
