About the site
Set in the countryside on the border of Kent and Sussex, you can unwind whilst soaking in the spectacular views over the fields, woodland, and beyond. This gorgeous self-catering shepherd's hut has a well-equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, and fridge with a freezer compartment. You will also get a toaster and kettle, along with all the crockery, cutlery, and glasses that you'll need. Complimentary tea, fresh ground coffee, milk, and biscuits are all included. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, and a hairdryer, fresh soft white towels are also provided. The bedroom has a sumptuous bed that you just want to dive straight into! All bed linen is provided. The hut has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove that you can cosy up around on those chilly Autumn evenings too. Enjoy sitting on the comfy sofa watching the tv, listening to the radio, or playing some board games. Outside you'll step down from the hut onto a wooden decking area, complete with a table and chairs and two lounging chairs. There is a fire pit that doubles up as a BBQ, perfect for a spot of al-fresco dining! Kindling, logs, and charcoal are all provided and included in the price, even paper, and matches, along with BBQ utensils. This peaceful retreat is a wonderful spot for anyone wanting to switch off and unwind in nature whilst staying warm and comfortable. Dogs are not allowed, sorry.
