Fiveacres is a small, restful site with easy access to the east coast resorts for adults only. The majority of guests are contractors looking for peace and their own accommodation within easy reach of the refineries and the South Humber Bank Power Station, though holidaymakers do visit as well.

About the site

The site is located near to the hustle and bustle of the Grimsby area, yet set in peaceful surrounds with walks and countryside. Grimsby and Cleethorpes are just 10-15 minutes away. Although every care is taken to accommodate all people, as a grass site, if it is very wet staff reserve the right to restrict access for vehicles on the site. Dogs are welcome, so long as guests clean up after them.

Things to do on site and in the Grimsby area

The main shopping area of Grimsby is 10-15 minutes away. After you've shopped till you drop, satisfy your curiosity at the National Fishing Heritage Centre and taste some of the local fresh-caught fish.

The seaside town of Cleethorpes with its beaches and fun is nearby. There's plenty for little ones there, with a boating lake, the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway and a Jungle Zoo adventure that offers animal feeding demonstrations and keeper talks.

Lots of walks and countryside mean dogs and children can enjoy the site too.
