Seal Bay Resort is a 300 acre holiday park with direct beach access in Selsey on the Sussex Coast. Great for families, there are indoor swimming pools, an outdoor splash pad, lido, Wave Rider, gym, arcade, adventure golf, climbing walls, craft activities and more. For food and drink, there are a range of restaurants and bars, plus takeaways with delivery to your pitch. Tents and tourers can choose from a range of grass and hardstanding pitches!

Lovely stay with plenty to do and site nice and quiet at night. Was a bit annoying waiting for shuttle buses as walking was quite dangerous with narrow roads. Pools lovely and well managed when busy.

We loved our stay at Seal Bay Resort. The arcades and pool were brilliant and so much to do at one Resort. The entertainment was really good each night for children and adults and the club house is huge. Very reasonably priced on drinks etc. It is right on the beach so it really did feel like holiday and the cocktail bar in the touring area was an added bonus! We will certainly be back!

Large Tent - Large Electric Grass PitchesJul 2025

Extremely strict policies in this place. We asked to be put together when booking and we were all separated (3 separate tents). We were then told that we are lucky to of got a space at all (very arrogant). We booked like everyone else did and paid so no luck was involved. They don't allow gazebos even though they would fit on the plot. They also don't allow fire pits (annoying). This place is extremely corporate and not like camping at all. I would probably not go back.

I am more of a nature person but travelling with a young child can be sometimes challenging as they want to be entertained, so the facilities were offering several options, but each is charged, the only one included is the pool. Glad we took our bikes. It's on the sea but it's not structured in a way so you have any sea activities but focused more on indoor ones. I think one arcade would be more than enough. Toilets and showers are clean and looked after, and personnel spot on. Very kind and helpful.

Fab place for adults and kids. Staff really friendly. Would highly recommend. Lots of walking though as the facilities are far away from each other. Brilliant weekend.
