Whether you're exploring the Dales or the Lakes, Little Acre Camping is ideal - only a 15 minute drive from both. Relax in the tent here and take the pooch for a stroll by the peaceful Lancaster Canal (just adjacent to site) or hop on a bus to Kendal or Kirkby Lonsdale (both 15 minutes away). Just across the road, is the popular dog friendly Crooklands Hotel, with a bar and very good food served all day. The site is for adults (16+) only!

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent PitchesMay 2023

A lovely, friendly, well maintained site with good facilities and an additional wash block under construction. The location has good transport links including a reliable bus service into Kendal. The nearby Crooklands Bar/hotel serves food and the famous Lancaster Canal is close by. Overall, highly recommended!!
