Great family site

Great site , modern clean toilet block large pitches , eventually found the EHU lol ,central for everything, more for families than couples

Great site, lovely and clean facilities

We stayed for 3 nights, and had a lovely time. The facilities are wonderfully clean, very well organised and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Superb camping facilities

This campsite defied my expectations. It is extremely friendly and clean and tge facilities are superb. Absolutely worth the money.

Great park and facilities

Excellent park and facilities and in a great location with a bus stop right outside too. I’d probably ask for a pitch further away from the park next time that’s all, my children are grown up now, I don’t mind hearing children have fun playing, it makes a nice change from seeing them all on screens when you normally go out places, had a fab stay, thank you

Fantastic site

We have just arrived home after staying here for the first time and we will definitely be back. The location is great, short driving distance to lots of beaches. The site is immaculate, toilets and shower facilities were brand new and regularly cleaned, the staff were all lovely and friendly. We didn’t try the food but the bar was lovely and clean, shop well stocked for essentials. Bonus they sell fresh coffee. Would highly recommend staying here.

Was an amazing place to stay

First time going to Cornwall but will deffo be back we enjoyed are stay everyone was friendly my son made loads off friends we will deffo be back

Gem of a site, our favourite so far!

This is now our new favourite campsite, it ticked every box. Outstanding facilities, cleanliness and staff were so friendly. Great location too. Our 7 year old has already requested we return next year. For those with young families, it is a gem of a place. Lively in the daytime as the pool and play park are great for under 10s, but quiet at night-time and that's enforced, which is great. Pitches the biggest we have ever known.

Excellent campsite

This is an excellent campsite near Newquay airport. We booked last night and stayed on a grass pitch with electric hook up. The location of the site is great, with so many beautiful beaches a short drive away. It is great value for money, with a pool, shop etc all on site. The facilities were absolutely spotless, probably the best of any site we have stayed at! We have been coming to Cornwall on holiday for 20+ years and this is our favourite site so far. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Really polite staff, everyone on site was quiet at the correct times, toilets clean good size pitches just overall a really good site we are coming back in a few months

100% will return

I must admit, blown away with this place. Made welcome on arrival, pitch for the motorhome was large and well kept. The showers and toilets are the best that we have been to in the last 8 years. Heated pool outside was clean and spotless. On site bar was a nice place and friendly staff. Café on site was nice and clean. 100% will return. Well done to all the staff. Thank you for a great stay.

Great campsite

This is such a lovely, well kept campsite. The only suggestion I have to make it even better, is a few more hooks and perhaps a shelf in the family bathrooms. I went in with both my boys and there was just one hook for 3 towels, 3 changes of clothes and a toiletries bag. Ended up having to carefully place some stuff on top of the loo and in the sink. However, this was a very minor issue and we will definitely come back.

Excellent site with first class facilities

A truly wonderful find with everything and more you could want from a campsite. 10 mins drive from the centre of Newquay, this site has it all. The facilities are very clean and there is always a cubicle available. The added bonus of family and toddler changing / washrooms is great for families with smaller children. The swimming pool is a great addition, especially on exceptionally hot weekends like we've just had. Site also has a bar, well stocked shop and cafe. We will definitely return.

Very good

It is a lovely campsite with a generous pitches. All facilities in a very good condition and clean. I liked the football pitch, games room, pub/bar/restaurant, ironing room, swimming pool. It is a very good place as a base for visiting surrounding area. It is a shop, on the site but we were missing fresh baked bread/rolls/baguettes. The swimming pool could be open up to 8 so you could use it after your day trip. On the swimming pool it could be a member of staff (at least from time to time) to remind (children) about general rules. As much, as I like children, having some of them jumping on my head is not what I like. Maybe offer a session for this/or split swimming pool in halves? All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. This campsite is worth a visit :)

First family camping trip

We booked a last minute camping trip, when we say last minute, booked Tuesday night and arrived Friday morning - no tent, no camping equipment and never camped as a family before. As you could imagine, we worried all the way thinking about the disaster we had ahead of us with a 4 year old and 1 year old. However, upon arrival, reception staff were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The pitch was easy to find following the map given and when we arrived, the pitch was bigger than we expected. Easy access to drinking water and electric hook up. Then the facilities were a short walk away, toilets, washing machines, sinks for washing dishes, showers, bar, shop, park and an outdoor heated pool. Everything was very well maintained and the cleanliness was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was great and had a great trip. We've now been converted into campers and will be returning next year.

Lovely site

Managed to get a late booking for bank holiday weekend. Wasn't sure what to expect however, I was delighted with this campsite, the welcome, the size of pitches, the staff, the pool, the shower and toilets all exceeded my expectations. Thank you Treloy, we will definitely be back.

Lovely site but not enough facilities

Very generous pitch sizes with nice dog field. Pool was a bit too small for the size of the site and gets very busy. Café only opens morning until 12, and evening 5 till 9 which is a shame as no lunch option. Shop does sell pastries if there's any left. Staff are all lovely. We did ask for a pitch near facilities as we have a child with Downs Syndrome but we ended up at quite far away which was a bit disappointing 😞

Yes, we agree at busy times the pool is popular and if you were to come again maybe a quieter time of year would suit you better.

Brilliant stay

Lovely stay, location approx 15 mins from lots of lovely beaches which is exactly what we came for. Shower blocks were very clean and tidy. Only bad point was that the shop on site a little on the pricey side. They wouldn't put us off coming again though, we will just bring more of our own food.
