Love this place
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2026 Everything we’ve read is true. Clean quiet, lovely surroundings just the facilities we need. Clean showers and toilets with plenty hot water electric hook up and waste facilities close by we intend to go there again. Also a great place to stop to go into Skegness on the bus. 
Perfect for us Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches (No Awnings) Jul 2026 Perfect for us. Peace and quiet was wonderful. Showers and toilets very clean, we just wanted basic facilities not a rowdy site. Lovely pitch overlooking the lake was the best start to our motor home journey.Helpful unassuming staff. Also good for local buses. Will definitely go back..

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2026 Had a warm welcome from Lynn. Our pitch was overlooking the fishing pond and it was wonderfull, just sitting watching the geese and ducks, good for bird watchers too.
obviously if you like fishing this is the place for you.
The site is situated a 5 min drive from Skegness, the Lincolnshire Wolds are just a 10 min drive so the location was excellent, really enjoyed our stay and will definatly stay again.
