Incredible stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had the best time!! The owners are so friendly and helpful, they gave us a fab introduction with lots of helpful information. Not far from pleasure beach and Gorleston beach! Plus a lovely pub just up the road.

Lovely campsite

We just had a really lovely 2 night stay. There were 2 blocks of toilets/showers/washing up which meant we were not far from any facilities. The children loved seeing the bats flying around at night. Hosts couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. Overall had a really lovely time and hope to return!

lovely couple that run the site extremely helpful and friendly. had a good stay will definitely stay again if up that way.

ideal

very pleasant owners. bus stop five minutes down the road and a local pub which we didnt have time to go to. buses run every half hours to great yarmouth and only cost £1.50. Camp very quiet and peacefull .

Very nice place to stay we will go back the toilets and showers are very clean running hot water at all times the staff on site are down to earth home from home thank you xx

We loved the place!

Really nice site.Well located for visiting the East Coast and a very handy bus stop,(X11),that will take you to Norwich via Gt Yarmouth etc and Lowestoft the other way. The Owners are super-helpful,I asked for no dogs nearby if possible and the lady owner sited us next to her personal caravan.Pitch was fairly level and plenty big enough for our 8m motorhome. Facilities are pretty good and cleaned regularly, But what struck us most was the peace and quiet…easily the most tranquil site we’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely return,these folks know how to run a campsite and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

Nice site in handy location

Simple site in good location. The site was clean and tidy. Close to a bus stop which was handy. Also near to a good pub. The facilities were quite simple but clean enough which is the important thing. Be aware, the site does not show it's name at the entrance so tricky to find.

Peaceful

Very peaceful campsite. Amenities were clean. Public transport close by. Would use again.

Great site, definitely a little hidden gem

We loved our break with, Rose farm, the staff were amazing, they couldn't of done more to make our stay better, the toilets were impeccable and clean, grounds were perfect, we received a list of local amenities and emergency contacts like closest A&E, we also was handed the local takeaway leaflets, there is a DE-FIB, onsite, honestly, its run beautifully, Hopton beach has all year round dog access, Sainsbury's local and Tesco just round the corner, 💯 % A great site We will definitely be returning here.

Perfect

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Rose Farm! We had an amazing time! Facilities were great, clean, brilliant setup and hot showers! We were so thankful for a quiet site, have had issues on many other camping trips so the peace was very much welcomed. Myself, my husband and our little girl had a wonderful stay, thank you so much!

What a lovely few days

Joan and her husband couldn’t have done more for us ! They found us the perfect spot for us with our dog and when realised we had left our windbreak at home they kindly loaded us one ! Over and above thank you Barbara Mark and Buddy the windbreaks

Grate staff grate location

Great stay and friendly staff. We had a grass non electric pitch and had the field to ourselves. Everything was perfect, apart from the shower near us, but we were warned the drainage was poor on arrival and to use the shower near the entrance of the site.

Clean and quiet

Nice quiet site, ground nice and flat for camping, cleaning facilities clean. The guy who welcomed us was really nice and helpful. May have an issue with access to facilities during busy periods. No playground or on site shop/ pub. Near to coast, but protected from colder winds.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, a great location. My only criticism is there was no hand soap in the gents toilets for the 3 days of my stay. Other than that all was great. Thank you.

Lovely, quiet and clean site

Lovely, clean little site. A bit away from stuff but driving around is ok. Site its self is clean, quiet and very friendly. Showers are red hot and whole place is very well kept. We will be regulars now.

We had a fantastic time and we loved everything. The showers was amazing🤩 We are definitely coming back, next time with our 2 dogs.

Lovely 3 days

We had a lovely stay. The the site was very quiet, but we are just outside the season. You are also just far enough away from the main road, so you do not hear the traffic. The shower/toilet block has under floor heating and it was very warm in there, along with plenty of hot water. The site has a fair number of long term residents who are all friendly and welcoming. If, like us, we only walk or use local transport with our two dogs. It was easy enough to get around, the bus stop outside the Kings Head PH is just a few minutes walk. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes. There is a Tesco's express, a cafe and a Chinese takeaway just a little further to walk, it's probably a 10 minute walk each way.

Delightful

Delightful stay, welcoming reception. Shower block clean with finishing friendly touches. Dog friendly. Good coded security to enter site. Lovely Chinese take away up the road that deliver to the entrance of site. Have stayed here about 5 times over the years. Improves every year.

A review of Rose Farm Touring Park

Lovely site with all the amentities needed to enjoy camping. Owner/ host of site so kind and welcoming. A lovely site. Totally recommend especially for a night stay.

Good site

Friendly, good value for money campsite.

Impeccable

Welcoming friendly hosts. Strict, but organised site. Lovely neighbours. Facilities absolutely amazing. Short drive to seaside, great location for a quieter trip away.

Peaceful holiday

Great spot and view. Really quiet at night. Great lady doing all the work. Would recommend.

It's ok but no dog walking area

It's a basic campsite with okay facilities. The reason I'm leaving this review is because we booked the site, rather than avoiding it, because it clearly states it has a dog walking area. It doesn't. They seem to class the road around the site you drive through with all the caravans and campers as dog walking area. I don't expect miles of fields but a small area the dog is free to sniff and do his business is a dog area. Yes, dogs are welcome, but I do feel I was mislead.
