About the site
Surrounded by countryside, this small campsite is ideal for those looking to escape the crowds. It is only 30 minutes from the seaside towns of Bude and Westward Ho!, or enjoy wildlife spotting in Dartmoor National Park, also only 30 minutes from the site. There are 20 non electric grass pitches for tents only, each measuring 6m x 6m. Or, for campervans, roof tents, caravans and motorhomes, there is a 4m x 10m non electric grass pitch. If you would rather have access to electric, there are four grass and gravel pitches, each with a 16 amp hook up. These pitches measure 4m x 10m and allow campervans, roof tents, caravans and motorhomes. For those who want to leave the tent pegs behind, there is a simple bell tent, equipped with a double bed and electric. Just be sure to bring along all of your usual bedding, cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. In the evenings, guests can unwind by the fire pit or cook up a BBQ, just be sure these are raised from the ground. The pitches are all dog friendly, allowing up to two canine companions. Do note, the bell tent is pet free.
Pitches are available all year, bell tents are available from April until the end of September.
