About the site
Enjoy this rural five-acre campsite, set 550 feet above sea level and with a great throwback vibe to the 1950's and 60's, great for exploring the Buchan area, Banff and McDuff, Ellon, Turriff, Peterhead, and Fraserburgh, which are all just 20-25 minutes away.
Adventure seekers are also well placed to tackle the North Sea Cycle Route, directly accessible from the site, and climb the nearest mountain, Bennachie, rising to the height of 1732 feet, before tackling the Cairngorms away in the distance.
Choose from non-electric bivvy grass pitches for tents, or spacious 12m well-drained grass pitches with a 16 amp electric hook up, and water hook up, suitable for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, family tents, and trailer or rooftop tents.
On-site facilities include free site-wide WiFi, a launderette, a cosy games room, and a secure two-acre dog exercise field.
Be sure to explore the nearby coast, home to incredible beaches to the East, where you can spot both seals and dolphins, and is ideal for birdwatching, and rocky coves and cliffs to the North.
Dogs are welcome on-site, provided they are kept on a lead or under control (unless in the designated dog exercise area, where they can run wild!).
BBQs are permitted, please ensure they are raised off the ground and supervised by an adult. Fires in fire pits are permitted with the owner's permission.

We aim to offer an enjoyable background for your stay, attentive but not intrusive, to set those future memories of a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and visit to the area.
We have themed our campsite to reflect those happy camping days of the 1950's and 60's, but with all the modern equipment one expects in the modern era, such as power showers, hair dryers, microwaves, kettles, and toasters! Oh, andnot forgetting the site-wide WIFI.
