Things to do on site and in the Shotley Bridge area

Whether it's the North Pennines or the Yorkshire Dales National Park that call your name, there are limitless opportunities for outdoor adventuring. Leave your footprints on Muggleswick to the south or head further afield for more walks in inspiring scenery.

If you would rather be making a splash, you need to be at Derwent Reservoir. A saunter around here can take you to Pow Hill Country Park or you can cycle off on waterside trails. Bird watching in the bird hide provided is a must and there's fishing to be had too.
