Bell Tent - Unfurnished Bell Tents (Dog Friendly) Jun 2025 We arrived at the farm with glorious sunshine, David was a fabulous host, very warm and welcoming, he gave us a tour of the camping area and facitlites. Our bell tent was prime loction with stunning veiws, added bonus of eletricity. Communal Kitchen with the main appliances added a greta finishing touch to our glamping experince. The farm has great walking routes which lead to neighbouring hamlets or a farm trail 30mins-50min long. Very lively atmosphere in the ciders barns on friday & saturday, street food and live bands were rocking. Overal great weekend, would highly recommend.

Really enjoyable
Bell Tent - Furnished Bell Tents (Dog Friendly) May 2025 The site was beautiful with the bell tent being spacious and welcoming. It was very peaceful with a few good walks from the site. The cider bar was great fun on Friday night with good food, music, and great cider.

Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2025 North Down Orchard is a really lovely campsite in a beautiful location. The place has a great atmosphere and everyone is really friendly.
This was my 2nd visit and I will definitely be booking again.

A fantastic little site with the bonus of a cider barn
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 An amazing small site with great amenities. Well kept field with plenty of space.
We visited as a group of friends with smallish children, 5-9yrs old. Excellent warm showers and a well kept kitchenette, which was great for making coffees in the mornings. Compost toilets got a bit smelly towards the end of the weekend, but that's just camping. A farm trail and the orchards kept the kids entertained, as well as plenty of space for games.
The cider barn on site is a huge bonus. We expected a '2 men and their dogs' grungy vibe, this was anything but! Couple of hundred people with an excellent bar and live music.
We will definitely be back.
Perfect little campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Beautiful setting, great facilities, friendly owners. Had a lovely evening in cider barn on the Friday, sampling the local brew. Food was available and a local band played. Enjoyed exploring the farm and footpaths which cross it.

Car park near the grounds with wheelbarrow to help transport items. Beautiful grounds. Spacious between tents. We stayed in a large bell tent. Good undercover kitchen area and eco toilet. Kept clean and tidy daily by the owner. The barn there is amazing with yummy cider.
Enjoyed our friends wedding. Overall, a good stay.

Bell Tent - Furnished Bell Tents (Dog Friendly) Aug 2024 We had a fantastic stay at North Down Orchard, in one of their excellent bell tents.
Excellent location, perfect for either rural escapism or as a base for day trips.
Everything onsite has been thought of, providing all the essential basics - we also loved the company of Riley, the friendly farm dog.
Lastly, an absolute must… drink plenty of the cider, produced onsite.

Gem of a campsite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 A lovely site within an orchard, very relaxed place. Ability to pitch where you like and not overcrowded like a lot of other sites. Adequate toilets and showers, rustic but effective.
The cider bar and food truck on a Friday is a nice touch also and has very reasonable prices.
Good, perhaps a little tired
Bell Tent - Unfurnished Bell Tents (Dog Friendly) Jul 2024 We stayed in an unfurnished bell-tent for a night and had a great time in the cider bar in the evening.
There was a charity event which was catered on the same night so plenty of people were there (with great jacket potatoes and chilli). The cider was good and everyone was very friendly. The facilities were feeling little tired and grubby, but this could be because it was poor weather.

Amazing place
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Beautiful place that has it all, the peace and quiet at camp site and the fun Friday/Saturday evenings at the Cider Barn.
It's clean and eco friendly, the owner is very nice and helpful. I have no complaints and I highly recommend it.
Absolutely brilliant long weekend
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 This was an absolute gem to find. Our annual family and friends meeting took us here this year. On arrival, seeing the cider barn full up, we knew we would enjoy ourselves.
Friday night entertainment and Basement 17 tacos were brilliant, we all enjoyed the atmosphere and it was certainly buzzing. The variety of cider was brilliant, and the kids loved driving through the orchard as we arrived too.
The facilities were lovely, and the little kitchen area was a little gem when the rain set in. It afforded us shelter and lovely facilities to be able to cook and eat.
David, the owner and host, went out of his way to ensure that we had a brilliant stay. He even allowed us to sit in the barn when the weather took a turn for the worst.
We will definitely be back and so will our friends I'm sure. Thank you David and North Down!
