lovely break

Great place
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Really lovely campsite with a homey feel due to a few friendly seasonal pitches. Facilities are nice and good to have a cute café on site. Super quiet at night, which is perfect for a peaceful holiday.
Our only critical comments is that, whilst we were at an Eden Sessions, someone allowed a tent to pitch up on our pitch. This meant that we couldn't bring our van around properly and spoilt our last morning on site (we decided to just get up and leave). We get that people turn up last minute and need somewhere to stay - no issue - but we should have been asked/told that we'd have a neighbour on our pitch.
It led to some pretty awkward apologies from the girls who pitched up, when it's not their fault!

Lovely site in the right place for us
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 We stayed at this site as it offers easy access to the Eden Project and Carlyon beach. It was an easy walk to beach-about 15min across a golf course.
The site pitches were well proportioned and used heating for privacy. The showers and toilet facility were very good. Food at the Shack was decent and not expensive. Would have liked a few more food items in the shop but Par Food Hall is only a short walk away and has a good range of foods.
All in all, we really enjoyed our 4 nights at East Crinnis. Many thanks to the site team!
A lovely campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 We had a lovely stay at East Crinnis campsite. Friendly staff who listened to my request avout being on a quiet pitch! Clean and nice loos and suck a great location, not far from the beach to walk and also walking distance to the Eden Project. We will definitely be returning again soon! Thank you so much ☺️

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 Five stars doesn't seem nearly enough! The campsite was excellent. Really clean with great facilities. Quiet and family friendly with great food from "The Shack". But what makes this campsite truly outstanding is the wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. We were welcomed with gifts including local cider. Anything we needed was responded to very quickly. We'd had a rough few nights camping because of the weather, so Paul was able to let us have a Geodome. What a treat! It was beautiful and really well equipped, including a Woodburner, which was exactly what we needed. All the pitches are cared for and many are very private. We were near to the Eden Project, beach and Charlestown. A wonderful experience on an excellent site. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
Perfect break with the kids
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 We had the perfect break, it was our first camp with the kids and we all loved it, the walk to the beach, slip and slide and loads more to to keep the kids busy but above all the staff was amazing! Attentive and super friendly.

Gem of a Campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 I stayed here for 4 nights having not camped for about 12 years. I went with my two young teenage daughters as this place looked calm and quiet with all the facilities that we were looking for. We really enjoyed staying here whilst visiting the historical ports, coastal towns and beaches nearby and relaxed at the campsite whenever we felt like it. The other guests on the site were all very friendly when we were there and we made a few new friends. This place is quite picturesque, very peaceful and the facilities were kept so clean by guests and staff the whole time we were there. We will definitely be visiting again.

Very enjoyable
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. The only things I would say is the bathroom at the top of the campsite needs upgrading as the one further down the camp is a lot better, spacious and easier with kids, and the play park is very small but there are plenty of beaches close by, a fairy door trail on the park and a slide N slide. Thank you for our stay!
An absolute gem of a campsite -we will definitely be back.
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 We absolutely loved loved our stay here and can not recommend it enough. The entire site is incredibly quiet and peaceful, filled with the beautiful sounds of birds singing and regular visit from bunnies coming right up to the site to eat.
Tha facility are great and spotlessly clean. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. There is also a grate little shop on site stocked with all the essentials.
The grounds feature beautiful pond that adds to the tranquil atmosphere.
A huge plus for us was that the witches are divided by green bushes, which gave us some extra privacy and made the space feel much more personal.
It is a very dog friendly place with fantastic walks right on the doorstep along a stunning coastline.
Even better, it offers quick and easy access to a perfect little beach.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2026 We met Bertie and Paul (wardens) when we arrived and we received a warm welcome and lots of helpful information about the surrounding area.They took us to our pitch which was spacious and quite private.
facilities were always clean and tidy and the reception area was a nice place to sit and chat to people.
It was very handy to have the tide times written on a board at the reception area, beautiful beaches nearby.

Lovely friendly site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2026 First time staying at East Grinnis Holiday park and we had a lovely couple of nights. Lovely mature site with great shower facilities which are cleaned regularly. Ideally situated to walk to Carlyon Bay, takes about 30 minutes and 50 minute walk to Charlestown.
The site had a lovely little shop which sold essentials/alcohol/toys etc and they also provided breakfast and food throughout the day. Will definitely return.

Decent sized pitches with good screening between for privacy.
Facilities basic, but clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2026 Just had a couple of nights at East Crinnis Holiday Park.
We found the owner very friendly. The site was very clean and tidy. Pitches were a good size and most were separated by nice tidy hedges. The shower block was modern, very clean, and tidy. All in all, the facilities were very good. Close proximity to Carlyon Bay, Charlestown, St Austell and The Eden project.
Decent pub restaurant just up the road, bit pricey but nice. So, very good value for money site, we'll be back again.
