High quality campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Very well maintained, really nice welcome from the team, nice river running around the site, great spot close to main walks and the village. Wi-Fi works well.
Beautiful Beddgelert

Spacious pitches and for the size is lovely and peaceful. Lovely welcome when checking in and a pitch map provided.
Toilet and shower facilities are a little dated but clean enough (as long as fellow campers clean up after themselves) and during the busy morning rush could have you waiting for a while whilst cleaning being done, but if you're not in a rush (as we weren't) it was fine.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding and Grass Pitches with Water Jul 2026 Beautiful campsite, very well maintained and lovely pitches. Very quiet with stunning views. Excellent showers etc and plentiful hot water. Small river on site with access for a dip. Excellent location for Bedgellert, and bus stops for Sherpa buses all within a half mile or so. Shops, pubs and fantastic restaurant ‘Hebog’ all within 10/15 minute walk along a riverside path. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Considering the pitches, there were insufficient shower and toilet facilities, but it was manageable, if you don't mind waiting. Cleaning of the shower and toilet facilities coincided with peak usage times in the morning.

Overall though, an excellent site in a tremendous location.

Needed to drive to get some essentials. Missing a trick there. All perfect apart from the midges! Please get some repellent! You’ll thank me

Lovely setting and well located
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent and Campervan Pitches Jun 2026 Cae Du is pristine and immaculately set. It is surrounded by mountain views. Beddgelert is a lovely town with lots of pubs and walking routes.
Cons: the facilities were cleaned at inconvenient times. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday, so the campsite was busy. The facilities were cleaned at 11am on both days, leaving only 2 showers to service the whole site at a busy time when people are getting ready.
The reception doesn't stock small gas canisters for stoves, so you have to go into town if you run out.

Too Notch
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 The site is extremely well maintained and in the best location as a base to explore the Snowdonia area. Short and beautiful walk to nearest village where we had superb pizza and there is a shop and pub. The showers and toilet areas are very clean. Nice little river walk. Picnic benches too. Loved it. We paid slightly more here than we have done before but it was definitely worth it.

Staff very friendly and helpful and massive dog lovers which made our stay so much better. Camp big but easy to navigate and get around. Very clean and great facilities. Hope to return

And the location is amazing: great walks straight out of the campsiteIt's and a 10 minute walk down a beautiful river to a handful of great pubs. Highly recommmend.
Great campsite
Roof Tent - Electric Grass Tent and Campervan Pitches May 2026 Perfect place to stay if you want to explore snowdonia. Just a five minute walk to the village of beddgelert where you can find a good pub meal. All the staff on site were very friendly and the WiFi is exceptional. Would recommend

Just what we needed
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 Beautiful campsite located in a stunning valley with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Small village close by with a few good options for food. Amazing clear lake 10min walk away. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Beddgelert break
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Tent and Campervan Pitches May 2026 Beautiful and well located peaceful site. Price was high probably but worth it given the scenery, facilities and proximity to Beddgelert.
Only minor point is that I feel when there are a so many indoor and outdoor washing up stations in the facilities, cleaning could easily be done without closing access to all stations.
Only a niggle everything else very good, we had a lovely couple of days there and one definitely go again.
