About the site

Make lasting memories at this secluded, family run site set in the heart of Anglesey. The site is surrounded by glorious countryside whilst in easy reach of the coast, a great location for guests to enjoy some much-needed relaxation. Each timber pod includes private facilities and is equipped to suit families or a getaway for two. Inside you will find a double bed, underfloor heating and a mini kitchen including microwave and fridge. You'll also find a TV with Freesat, USB sockets, Amazon Alexa and Bluetooth speakers. Each pod features a modern ensuite with a loo and shower too. Three of the pods, Cennin Pedr, Pabi and Llys y Llwynogod, also have an outdoor wood-fired hot tub, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of bubbly! There is also a fifth larger pod, Llys y Llwynogod, sleeping up to five guests. This pod features a private double bedroom with a TV, along with a double and single sofa bed. In addition to the features of the other pods, there is a dining table and chairs, along with a spacious lounge area. Outside is also a private decking featuring your hot tub and loungers. Providing an idyllic base to explore the numerous local beaches, you'll also experience a stay on a genuine working farm complete with animals to encounter including sheep, donkeys and cattle. If the use of sofa beds with bedding is required, please select them at checkout. There are also plenty of optional extras to provide additional luxury including a fire pit, BBQ and pizza oven hire. Prosecco and flowers can also be requested for your arrival. Dogs are also welcome to join you for your stay, with up to two allowed in each of the pods.

Glamping Pod - Pabi Ensuite Glamping Pod with Hot Tub (Dog Friendly)Jul 2025

Great location, easy to commute to local areas and walks! The views from the pod were also good and it was very peaceful. The only downside we found, was the hot tub in our particular pod (Pabi) was a faff! It took at least 5 hours to get to the required temperature, which meant we ended up going in there when it was cold on most occasions as we didn't have to time to waste tending to the fire and wanted to get our money's worth out of it! We also noticed the other hot tubs on the site were hot almost instantly and had bubbles, whereas ours just like sitting in a bath. Also, could have done with better equipment to assist starting and maintaining the fire as we were having to use our bare hands to prod the wood! Other than that, it was a great place and I'd recommend staying here!

Hi Georgia, we take our feedback very constructively and hope to always improve. Our hot tubs are specifically referenced as 'log burning' so as not to misinform people when booking that these are pre-warmed, its part of the theme. It is also worth noting that others pre-heat the tubs in 1.5 - 2.5 hrs. Finally, the hot tub's are traditional 'hot tubs' not jacuzzi'. Therefore guests are always in fresh water not filtered following other guests. We do not advertise Pabi having a jacuzzi with bubbles! Any guests that struggle with heating the hot tubs we we do always offer our assistance but it is part of the theme. Thank you. Gwyn.

Glamping Pod - Llys y Llwynogod Large Ensuite Glamping Pod with Hot Tub (Dog Friendly)Jul 2025

Very small site of just a handful of pods of various levels of `luxury`. We stayed in the only larger sized one which is essentially two pods interconnected, plus a private jacuzzi and decking area out of sight of others. The site is beautifully maintained, down a short track. No noise at all other than the natural sounds of the country! The pictures are a true reflection of what you get. A little pricey for just two people, although this one accommodates four, which would be very good value. However, we wouldn`t put anyone off just because of that as it was excellent overall. Remember to take your own towels as it`s not an hotel and we forgot a corkscrew and scissors, which would/should have been a useful addition to the cutlery drawer. Also, you need to take your own BBQ fuel. Enjoyed our stay very much.
