Clear filters Lovely campsite, ideal setting
Small Tent - Optional Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2023 What a lovely campsite. Plenty of space on the pitches. Although it wasn't a big site, it had several areas that were divided up by trees and bushes. It is a short walk, 15 minutes max, into Lacock village which has several pubs, a convenience store and a few independent shops. Everyday the owner did his rounds and had a chat, such a personal touch. There were two shower blocks, a little dated but very clean.
I would highly recommend this campsite.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2023 First time we've stayed here and it's absolutely fantastic.
Arrival process very clear and the owners were lovely & made sure we had settled in ok.
Facilities excellent with good showers and toilet block was very clean and tidy. Plenty of room for our tent & car and access to and from the site was very good. Close enough to the main road for easy access to Bath, Bristol etc.. but very quiet location not too close so as to hear the traffic.
Really would recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Walking distance to Laycock village with beautiful cottages and three pubs. The owners were super friendly.
Highly recommend and will certainly be going back.

Motorhome - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 Very well organised campsite, immaculate throughout and everything you need for your stay. Friendly. Beware of the very busy road you have to cross if walking to Lacock. We had too puppies so it was a little daunting, so we drove. Worth visiting lovely pubs and a few shops, great surroundings.

Good facilities that are clean. Nice size, not too big but well balances with play area for kids, dog walking field and good electric and water points.
Location as it says - walking distance to Lacock.
Lovely little stay
VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2023 A very pleasant site. Got an email a day or so before letting us know our pitch and check in procedure. The site was busy, I think every pitch was full, but it didn't feel cramped and everyone was friendly. Facilities were clean and very good.

Soooo close to Lacock. If you need shopping, Melksham is just down the road with a huge Asda etc.

Single Axle Caravan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2023 Well looked after site with facilities close to all pitches. Nice layout of the site with shrubs and trees making it a tranquil atmosphere. A few minutes drive to Lacock is a real benefit. Overall a really nice stay.

Trailer Tent - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 This is a hidden gem and only 10-15 minute walk to Lacock village which is very picturesque.
The park itself is clean and tidy easy to locate plots and area to walk your dogs. My only concern is how slippery the showers are, even though it has rails either side, so please be careful.
The owner's dad who goes around checking your okay was just just a delight and a very happy and cheerful person.

Large Tent - Optional Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 Just came down for a pre-summer holiday trip and had an absolute blast at Piccadilly Caravan Park. Had everything we needed and wanted, and the location was ideal alongside a very well-kept site.

VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 Peaceful site. Lots of trees and garden shrubs, therefore lots of bird song, which was lovely.
Good facilities and lots of them. Larger shower block was more modern than the one close to reception, Both were very clean. Arrival procedure was great as we had been delayed, but our pitch info had been left on a blackboard in the reception office so super easy to get settled.
Great location for an early visit to Lacock. Very friendly host.

Medium Tent - Optional Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2023 Lovely little campsite, a short walk from the beautiful village of Lacock, nice and quiet and the facilities were spotless and cleaned regularly. There are plenty of places to visit in the area, but we also enjoyed just relaxing at the tent.

Very welcoming staff. The manager walked around and chatted with people to make sure we were all satisfied with the facilities and the pitch. A nice touch.
The site is only two fields away from Lacock village and abbey so it's worth leaving the site and exploring the locality. Beware of cows in the fields, which sometimes pasture on the footpaths.

VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2023 We took our children here for their first camping experience and it was wonderful.
The campsite was extremely clean and well cared for, and well laid out. We had a wonderful pitch close to the play area and toilets - I didn't see that there were shower facilities when booking, so didn't bring shower stuff, but they were fully equipped.
The grounds were beautifully kept and peaceful. Nice area for dog walking and designated kids play area.
Only downside for us was the large and busy main road to cross to get into Laocock, which I didn't feel confident herding the gremlins over but others that's just me.
5*, would highly recommend.
Great site close to Lacock Village
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2023 Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Greeted by the friendly owner who showed us to our pitches.
The site is located near to the village of Lacock. Here you can explore filming locations for various film and TV including Harry Potter!
The site was good with clean facilities. Showers were lovely and warm and we never had to wait to use them, or the washing up facilities, despite the site being mostly full.
The kids also enjoyed the play park.

Motorhome - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2023 Just across the road from the Heritage listed town of Lacock, is the cute Piccadilly Caravan Park.
It is extremely well laid out, with lovely trees, hedges, power and water sites. Places for kids to play and open spaces for games.
A lovely spot.
