Offering grass and hardstanding pitches, Beacon Cottage Farm is a small site located in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the St. Agnes Heritage Coast. The South West Coast Path passes by the door too, with miles of spectacular sea and coastal footpaths. St Agnes is only 1.5 miles away, while Chapel Porth Beach is 10 minutes on foot with excellent bathing and surfing. There are also lovely shallow rock pools, ideal for small children.

About Beacon Cottage Farm Holidays
Beacon Cottage Farm Holiday is situated in an AONB, on a heritage coast, and in an area that was recently awarded Dark Skies status. Offering fantastic sea views and a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach, it's an ideal location for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday away from the hustle of everyday life. This small, secluded, and noncommercial park has several grass pitches suitable for caravans, motorhomes, and tents, including premium pitches with electric hook up. There are also a handful of fully-serviced hardstanding pitches complete with electric and drainage. The park is divided into six small enclosures, two with spectacular sea and coastal views. The other five enclosures are surrounded by landscaping and bushes, offering shelter for those who prefer it. It's located in Cornwall with nowhere more than one hour drive away (traffic permitting). Part seasonal pitches are available.
The site is open from Easter or April 1st (whichever comes first) each year and close on September 30th.
Facilities include toilet and shower block with hairdryers, baby baths and baby changing stations. There are three family shower rooms with baby baths for those with young children. The laundry has free hot water, washing machines, spin dryer, tumble dryers, iron, dishwashing, clothes washing and food preparation sinks. There is a freezer available for freezing ice packs.
The site included a play area with swings, slides, tunnels, balancing bars and a sandpit. For dogs there's a 1.5-acre exercise field.
Several catering vans call at the site throughout the week, including fish and chips, a butcher selling lovely fresh local meats and cheeses, and a coffee van selling delicious coffees, teas, and other treats. The site offers secure caravan storage either indoors or out - and is happy to put caravans on and off the pitches, ready for your arrival.

Site rules and policies
The site tries not to have too many rules but does like a bit of common sense to be used for the comfort and safety of all who are staying here.
No noise after 10 pm.
No parties of single youths accepted.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Things to do on site and in the St Agnes area
Beacon Cottage Farm is an ideal choice for walking, bird watching, cycling, horse riding, boating, fishing, bathing. surfing, eating out and exploring wider Cornwall, with the whole county no more than an hour's drive away.
The South West Coast Path passes by the door, offering access to miles and miles of spectacular coastal walking. The site is also just 1.5 miles from the picturesque village of St Agnes, where you'll find quality local craft shops, ideal for that all important gift to take home!
The National Trust beach at Chapel Porth is just 10 minutes walk from the farm and offers excellent bathing and surfing with shallow rock pools which are a delight for young children. No trip to Chapel Porth is complete without trying a famous 'hedgehog' ice cream or croque from the café.
Nearby beaches include:
- Chapel Porth, with excellent bathing and surfing
- Trevaunce Cove, with its harbour destroyed by Atlantic gales, an ideal spot to try fishing
- Trevellas beach
- Perranporth beach, ideal for dog walking
- Porthtowan and Portreath beaches are about 15 minutes' drive away
- Godrevy beach is a little further, but is brilliant for bathing and surfing
