Manor Caravan Park is a great base on the Norfolk coast, just a ten minute walk to Happisburgh Beach. There are a mix of grass non electric and electric pitches, for tents and tourers alike set across spacious fields with views over the lighthouse and St Mary's Church. Enjoy easy access to the Norfolk Broads National Park, the onsite licensed shop, and a pub within a five-minute walk!

Couldn't fault this campsite at all. The couple in reception/shop were lovely and the toilets/showers were spotless. Very good campsite, definitely be back.

Cosy, well kept park. The reception was very welcoming and the chap took us to our tent pitch with electricity hookup station, that also had a fresh drinking water tap too 😎. The facilities included a very clean toilet and showering area. It's also a quick 10 minute walk to the beach via the back of the campsite. We even enjoyed a tasty pub meal from the nearest pub that is less than 10 mins walk away. Good place to relax and walks.

Great site in a fantastic village. Good for dog walking on the beaches. Site was very spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. Overall a peaceful stay and will return when we've tried the rest of the country.

Lovely spot in a picturesque village with beautiful, quiet beach. The site was really well kept with great signage and the toilets/showers were spotless! Very friendly owners. Will be visiting again!

Lovely site, pretty location and clean facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lacks a kids play area and zero phone signal (EE) but regardless we would visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manor Caravan Park, it was just on the edge of the village and allowed easy access to the village pub, church, lighthouse and the beach. Everyone was very friendly and the toilet/shower facilities where immaculate. Our pitch was relatively level and overlooked both St Mary;s Church and Happisburgh Lighthouse. The village was quiet and had a small village shop which baked artisan breads available on certain days of the week and the shop onsite had most essentials in stock. A Fish & Chip van came on the weekend for those who wanted a takeaway service. As well as a visit from the ice cream van. A number of posters around the site were displayed informing you of events that where taking place, i.e. Fun Run and Quiz nights, as well as music events locally. You could make your stay as relaxing or as busy as you liked, with lovely walks along the coastal route or around the local area and the neighbouring beautiful Norfolk countryside. A real gem :)

Manor Caravan Park staff are very welcoming and we were shown directly to the pitch. We found the pitches to be quite uneven and it can get blustery due to the open location, however nothing that a well placed leveler or a few blocks can't cope with. Facilities were good, toilets and showers are ultra modern and the cleanest imaginable and for a change on a camping site there are no timed shower restrictions. Launderette contains two washers and two driers, both looked very new and modern. Considering the size of the park I was surprised there was no specific children's area, but you can walk to the local beach and play area in about 10mins. All in all Manor Caravan Park is good value, clean and friendly, the shop is well stocked for its size and opening times are very adequate.

About 10 minutes to the beach which is dog friendly even in the summer, great walks and pub in village. Site is very well maintained pitches are good size, you're never very far from supermarkets and anything else you may need.

Lovely site with everything you need. The toilet block was modern and immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to pub. Fish shop nearby sold fresh dressed crabs which were delicious. Good location for a relaxing break. Teenagers missed the Internet as not much signal, but the pub had a pool table which they enjoyed.

Loved this campsite, such a lovely view of the light house and church. Clean facilities and friendly welcome. Will definitely be back. You must go to see the lighthouse, beach and the walk from there. It's stunning.

First time at the fight for camping novices and greeted professionally and shown to our electric pitch with water. The shower and toilet block was only a short walk and it was immaculate, cleaned twice daily. Will definitely return. A hidden gem. Fish shop was an amazing find too.

Apparently no Wi-Fi, which for us was not essential, but the teenagers found it an issue - although we did want a site that was quiet. Using mobile data was a pain and Wi-Fi, even for a cheeky laptop movie, would have been a bonus.

Absolute hidden gem! Staff lovely, facilities extremely clean and showers warm. Village of Happisburgh is simply perfect in every way. The local pub, The Hillhouse, offers lovely food and drink at good prices, great staff and locals making you feel welcome. The lighthouse is a must to visit and beaches are sandy. Definitely will be returning soon. Very dog friendly in village and on site.

Received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived onsite, hosts are really helpful. Facilities are excellent! Lovely and modern and absolutely spotless. The little shop onsite has all the little things you may have left at home and enough goodies to keep you going. There is a large Tesco just over 10 minutes away for any emergencies too. The local pub is a few minutes walk and very well priced. We didn't get to eat there as they needed a booking, which is something to bear in mind. However, there were food trucks onsite both nights we were there. Highly recommend and we hope to return.
