Amazing campsite just outside padstow town
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2026 Really lovely campsite in a great location! Jessica who runs it was so welcoming and friendly. The campsite was clean and well looked after, with three showers that were very spacious. There were also washing-up stations with hot water and drinking water available, which was really convenient.
The views across the estuary were absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening. It’s also in a brilliant location - only around a 10–15 minute walk into Padstow, so it was really easy to head into town without having to worry about driving or parking.
We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful campsite close to Padstow. We’d happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic Stay
Roof Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2026 Highly recommend this site. The staff were so friendly and the views were incredible. A site that was very minimalist in terms of facilities but in the best way possible. The shower and toilets were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will 100% be visiting again.
The proximity to both Tesco and padstow mean this site is really convenient and easy to travel to restaurants etc. considering how close it is to main roads, it was incredibly peaceful and it seems that people on site really respected the quite hours rules

Location is great with Tescos next door although you would never know it’s there once you are on site.
Staff are very friendly and helpful!
Only 10 minute walk to the harbour. Highly recommend the Harbour Inn for food!
Back to basics but in the best way

Lovely campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 Such a nice campsite at a really good price. We were welcomed by Jessica who showed us where to pitch our tent. Not overcrowded and well spaced out. The toilets were really really clean and the view is lovely. Deffo will stay again!
Sloping ground Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2026 Sloping ground across most of the site means you will slide to one one of your tent. Motor homers and vans can use chocks to level out. Yes you get a view of the Estuary but a large wire fence now makes you feel separated from that view. You are fenced in or out depending on your perspective. So, don't come with ideals of being connected with nature. It is right next door to Tesco so handy if you want convenience. Lastly, there is one block of showers and toilets so expect to queue at busy times.

the amenities were spotless at all times
I would love to stay there again if I come to Cornwall. The view you wake up to is breathtaking and close to everything you need.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 We stayed here in September and arrived late in the day. It was easy to find next to the Tesco's and after calling the owner, we were met swiftly and advised where to pitch up. We had plenty of space and it wasn't too noisy.
There were clean showers and toilets close by too.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 Second visit this summer, back with the whole family, we kept extending our stay. Says it all!
Jess and the family are super lovely, helpful and accommodating. Our car had a problem and they could not have done anymore to help. The site seemed busier to previous visit, but I would personally say it did not affect the facilities. The family work around clock to ensure cleanliness is maintained.
Location and views are perfect! Will be back soon!

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 We had an amazing stay here. The view was gorgeous, the facilities were always clean and Jess was so helpful. The campsite was quiet, but also very near a Tesco, which is great for all of the things we forgot to bring. We can't wait to go back.

Tesco next door. Fast car charging within 5-10 minute drive. Surfing beaches under an hour in both directions. The family that run the place are lovely and so helpful. For a basics campsite the facilities are very well kept and spotless clean.
One small negative, hence 4 star, just needs something simple in shower rooms to put things on, and some form of raised flooring. Has a painted concrete floor which was kept very clean so no biggie. Mostly families staying, so was very quiet after 10pm. No 18:30 hell that we suffered in other locations.
At this budget, will struggle to find somewhere better, and we will 100% be returning. Embers pizza restaurant, great place and takeaway available in town.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2025 Me and my boyfriend stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed. The toilets and showers were clean and well looked after (always saw them being cleaned). The campsite was quiet at night and had amazing views.
Short walk from the town centre with plenty of pubs nearby. I would highly recommend.

The site is immaculate especially the facilities, there was always someone keeping them clean and doing an amazing job! You can tell they really care.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 Can't fault this campsite — the owners were really friendly and approachable. Everything was spotless, from the toilets and showers to the washing-up area. The location is perfect: just a short walk to Padstow town, amazing views, and a Tesco round the corner which is ideal. Very quiet and peaceful too.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks again!
Great campsite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 Really lovely. Clean and simple campsite in a great location, that we stayed at for 2 weeks. Great views over the estuary, walkable into Padstow (took about 10-15 minutes with a 5 year old) and next to Tesco's for quick food supplies. The facilities were simple (4 toilets, 3 showers and a wash sink) that were very regularly cleaned. Plenty of space on the campsite for kids to play and never felt overly busy. Would definitely go back again.

Everything we were looking for
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Aug 2024 I craved a spontaneous camping trip to take my son (5) and dog on. I booked at gone 10pm Friday night and headed down for 12 noon Saturday.
Location was perfect, out of town by close enough for even my 5yr old to walk back and forth from a few times. There were routes off the main road which were quiet and a better option for him to ride his bike, connecting to the camel trail towards the end. Probable around 10 -15 mins to town going the longer route.
When we got back to the tent around 9pm, all was quiet, a few tents/vans had lights on but no noise. There is a Tesco just behind the campsite which was super handy for the forgotten toothpaste and of course some snacks.
Toilets and shower blocks were clean and never busy, we didn't have to wait to use either. Showers had lovely hot water and were reliable at a constant temperature. Loads and loads of room for dogs and kids to play, we took tennis, ball throwers and some other games and had oodles of space to play.
At the top of the field, the ground is pretty much flat and you can position yourself behind the hedge which acts as a good shelter. There was hardly any wind there, but once you walked halfway to town it was really blowing, so it's a great little spot.
Very friendly owner, who was also knowledgeable about the area and very pleasant to speak to. The site provided everything we were after for a quick night away, we had a brilliant time and will definitely be coming back!
