Nice campsite Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Tried to go to the bar twice and it was closed. One was around 8:30pm on Friday and the other was 7:00pm on Saturday. Not an issue, just want to make a point as advised that it was open from 6.30pm when checking in and if it was, would have had drinks in there.
Shower facilities were dirty. There should be a proper shower block like other campsites instead of using the rugby changing rooms.
Would I visit again - yes due to the site being nice and convenient location.
Loved it Recommends site

Will definitely come back.

Relaxing weekend Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Had everything we wanted. Great views, 10 mins walk to the village. Plenty of bars restaurants shops. Clubhouse was open Friday and Saturday. Check in was so easy.
Dave & partner (sorry, forgot your name) were very helpful. Thanks for the little tips you gave us, really enjoyed our walks. We will definitely be back.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Great site, great views and price. Will be back.
Great space, easy to park in and amazing views Recommends site
Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 We stayed on site in our motorhome (family of five).
The site is easy to find, Dave had called to help us with check-in and was friendly and accommodating.
Facilities were clean and the showers were hot (if you waited a minute for them to warm up). The view across the valley was beautiful and the rugby ground was well-maintained, surrounded by huge old trees. We set up our swing ball and the kids enjoyed playing.
It was a short ten-minute walk into the town where we found a great pub and the kids enjoyed the old-fashioned sweet shop.
