NC500 route
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 Fabulous campsite, very clean, tidy and organised. The toilet and shower facilities were amazing with underfloor heating and hairdryers. The laundry was busy but easy to use. The pot washing facilities were spacious and clean. The site was a 10 minute walk into Wick and the staff were really helpful, offering advice and places to go. Despite the inclement weather we enjoyed our stay.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 Our third stop on the NC500. Nice location, very well maintained site. Toilet/Shower facilities are exceptional and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Lounge is nice on a rainy day. It was a rainy day.

Everything we needed
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 Our first night in a motorhome and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to start. Facilities were excellent, really clean and the staff were so helpful. Wick is a good place to stop with a morning call at Tesco for food and fuel.

Great location
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 Great site with up to date modern facilities. Lots of money spent here on upgrading all the showers and washrooms. Spotless cleaning regime. Nice level pitch and 5 minute walk into town for fish n chips and a pint 😃 Staff were well informed and very pleasant. Would visit again 👍 Childrens park is near to the site if you have young ones.

5 star experience- thank you! Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 There are seriously no negatives I could speak about on Wick campsite. The facilities are outstanding!! The toilets and showers are lovely and clean, you can tell they are kept to a very high standard. The pot wash room and laundry room were equally as clean and modern. The service we recieved when arriving was excellent and the shop on site was very useful. Wick town is just a short walk from the campsite too which was amazing. I would definitely return and recommend!! Thank you <3

Incredible site with amazing facilities. So clean, modern and perfect, not just for the NC500 but in general. Even looks good amenities for much colder days and nights over winter.

Best Campsite Visited Whilst Travelling Around Scotland
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 The fact that the only negative thing I could try to pick out is that, I had a little struggle getting my tent pegs in the ground on pitch 4. This was resolved with a little more haammering and elbow grease than I expected but its all in the fun. This should hopefully show that everything is as it says in the description at this campsite.

Underwhelming Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 A busy site with lots of families.
Great playground for the grandkids. The facilities were spotless and definitely lived up to expectations. Having said that, I'm not sure I'd stay again. The pitch areas weren't great and the site didn't feel as safe and secure as other sites.
A nice reception and spotless toilets wasn't enough to make this on my return list unfortunately.
