Superb
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Great campsite for my 4 year old daughter’s first camping adventure. Lovely and quiet at night with fantastic facilities near the beach and village.
Camping @Croyde Bay Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2026 Such a nice clean campsite. Pitches are big, facilities are nice and clean and the extra touches such as a freezer, hair dryers and straighteners and free washing up liquid are very thoughtful. Highly recommend 👌

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2026 Great little site, very relaxed setting right next to Croyde village which is lovely. It's only about a 10 minute walk to the fantastic beach.
Staff are lovely and very helpful, and facilities are very good..
It's not too far from the neighbouring beaches either.
Superb campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2026 We have just spent a fantastic couple of nights here. Have absolutely no complaints, pitch, facilities, cleanliness, location all perfect.
Particularly welcomed the quiet rule and would have to say every camper adhered. have been coming to Croyde for 20 years plus and feel like we have found our site!

Great little site
Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2026 Had a great few days staying here. Had the hard standing pitch which was nice and level and Astro turf was a nice touch instead of stones
Absolutely wonderful to wake up and walk out to a young boy from the local bakery selling hot cinnamon buns and fresh sour dough loaves each morning

Absolutely outstanding
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2026 Stayed as a single mum with my little girl, we felt safe, secure and looked after the entire time.
The facilities were spotless and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk away and the town was just down the road. The owner was brilliant with communication, always prompt and friendly and very accommodating.
Will definitely be back again, as a first solo trip with my girl, the suitability and security of this site allowed it to be a huge success.
Clean, quiet, great location
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Really great spot near the middle of the village, facilities were super clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone there followed the quiet rules which was great!
It's also a nice size, not massive so not miles to walk to wash up or fill up water.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 What a lovely campsite, this was our first stay, we had a lovely pitch, it was a lovely size with some shade as it was very hot, the facilities were excellent, nice showers and clean toilets, a lovely area for washing and a freezer to it ice packs and ice in, reception was helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be going back

Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2026 Kept awake with revelers watching the England game until 4.30am at local pub. Not the campsite's fault, but spoilt our day being tired.

Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Croyde, and only slightly longer walk to the beach. We will definitely come again

Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric May 2026 Well maintained site and great facilities. A slightly smaller pitch than I’d have liked but generally fab and we’d go again.
This was already our second time and we’ve enjoyed fabulous weather twice.

Absolutely Fantastic
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Apr 2026 Arrived early and was able to check in. There is coffee available at reception, you have the ability to charge appliances in reception and the site offers surfboard hire on site too.
Loved the fact that the site is quiet, no music is allowed which is exactly what you want when you are looking to unwind, and you can simply relax. Facilities are excellent, showers are clean and have plenty of hot water, lots of room for getting changed, separate toilet block is clean, with soap and drying facilities a plenty, good washing up area which is under cover, automatic lights are in position so no electricity goes to waste. There is a recycling area for your waste by the check in reception hut.
There is free wifi across the site which was great speed and didn't drop out, I had electric hook up and everything powered perfectly, the size of the pitch was big enough for my campervan and my awning with plenty of room to spare on the pitch size.
The site is close to the beach, to the town and is very close to the bus routes.
Stu and his team work incredibly hard on the site and its greatly appreciated, they're friendly and are happy to help.
Before I had even gotten home I was already booking to return. Highly recommended.

Summer stay at Croyde
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 Set in the heart of Croyde, this campsite offers a a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
With large pitches and optional electric hook-up (if available on booking) you are able to enjoy a wonderful camping experience. There is even a very lovely shower/ toilet hub with hairdryers & straighteners!
Outside of this, 4 washing up stations for your dishes and plenty of washing up liquid to go around! There are also 2 drinking taps for you to refill.
At the top of the campsite is the reception hub with a coffee machine, free hot boiling water as we forgot our kettle 🙄. There is also the bin station for recycling, BBQs, empty gas cannisters and ordinary food rubbish.
It's 10 minutes walk from the beach & 5 minutes from the local village of Croyde which in itself, is a treasure. We used the nearby holiday park for some swimming fun as day guests and luckily, the market was on too. There's lots of walking trails nearby or public transport into Braunton if you are on foot.
This was my first camping experience with my little family & it was low cost.
Overall, we were very happy, and generally all round well maintained site. We will be back :) Thanks!
Great campsite!
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 A great campsite which offers back to basic camping, but with a glamping twist. Pitch was a good size, although fairly squashed in with the other pitches. Facilities were amazing, with free washing up liquid, hairdryer, hair products. Showers were great and all very well maintained.
The price was quite high for a standard pitch with electric, but I think that may be down to location. We would return to explore Croyde Bay more, and would stay here again.
