Lovely stay
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Really easy check in experience. Good amount of space on our pitch. The toilet, shower and washing up facilities were clean and top notch compared with other places I have camped.
Attentive staff available to answer questions etc. The site is just a 15 minute walk to the beach which was great and in proximal location to the town. All in all, a great time away. Thanks for having us!

Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jun 2024 Third time staying on Stuart's site and I headed down a little earlier this year, than I usually would. But, I shall be back again in early September again, as I can't say enough about this place!
Each time is a different experience, but I come away with the same thoughts and feelings on every occasion. I love this site! Stuart is always so warm and welcoming, and he remembers his guests, time after time.
The site is meticulously clean and tidy, well-equipped and within easy reach of just about anywhere you need to be, in Croyde Bay. The pitches are well-maintained, everything works as it should. Stu can often be seen walking around the site, picking up any litter etc, and always has time to stop and chat. Absolutely brilliant site. I can't recommend it enough.

Smallish quiet site, good for families

Very convenient for Croyde
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jun 2024 Great for walking into Croyde and the coastal path to Putsborough. Good space for showers and toilets, also has hairdryer and tongs.
Washing up area again, well laid out and even had washing up liquid for guest use and freezer blocks for food, with labels and a pen. There was also a recycling area and everything was very clean.
Some noise from outside of the site, but that's not the sites issue, think one boundary has a main carpark or area that teenagers hung out at, but all quiet by around 10pm and may have been a one off. The rules on the site are maintained, so no music etc, which does make it nice and quiet.
The bird song was fabulous if you like a 4.30am wake up call and the baby bunnies where so cute. Really felt like a back to nature.

Absolute bliss
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric May 2024 We had the best Bank Holiday staying here! The campsite was quiet and well maintained, only a 10 min walk to the beach and 10 mins into the town for food and drinks! Would definitely return, thank you.

Excellent campsite
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Apr 2024 We arrived at the campsite and were given the choice of any available pitch we fancied, which was fantastic.
The site had good shower blocks which were clean and fully equipped with hairdryers and even straighteners. There is the free use of freezers if required. There are washing lines that are handy if you are surfers and need to dry your wet suit.
We asked to pay for a later checkout, but were told we could stay until lunch without any extra cost as the site was quiet.
The beach is within a 10 min walk, also a couple of pubs and cafes within a 5 min walk.
All in all, a really enjoyable stay, would definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Mar 2024 Absolutely no complaints. Greeting was friendly and professional. Facilities were clean, water was hot. Site was managed well and I really liked the no music policy, meaning there were no late night parties disturbing other campers.

Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Great location, make sure you pack a body board, and lunch for the beach. Not many places to eat or drink by the seafront.
Book the Blue Groove pub in advance, great food and very busy.
This campsite is ideally placed , walking distance to a great beach and pub. Clean and the bins are cleaned regularly too. Would book again.
Lovely site
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Lovely campsite. A small cycle down to the beach. Close to amenities from the village stores. Pitch was flat and easy to erect the tent. Electric for charging the car was really useful. Hairdryers in the changing rooms was a nice touch. The boys made friends and the lack of evening entertainment was perfect for our family.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 This campsite was 10 min walk to the beach & 5 min walk to the pubs! It was a safe walk along a sidewalk. The campsite was clean, the toilet block was constantly being checked and cleaned. The woman's toilet had plugs & hairdryers and extra space for mirrors! Great touch!! The site felt friendly and safe, I will defo return!

Lovely little campsite
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Lovely little campsite, very clean. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. Easy access to EHU and perfect location to the beach, literally a 5/10 minute walk. The site has a no music policy which suited us as we were after a peaceful and relaxing break and that is exactly what we had.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 We would definitely stay again. The site had everything we hoped for and the stuff we did not realise we would need! Awesome location between the beach and village centre. It had a relaxed vibe and was quiet during the night so we could sleep. Thanks to all the friendly staff :-)

Great location to the village with shops and pubs on your doorstep. 10 minute walk to the beautiful Croyde beach and 40 mins over the hills to Putsborough beach.
Lovely views over the hills from the top of the campsite. Nice safe feel.
