Tyn Rhos Caravan Park, Moelfre, Anglesey

Surrounded by beautiful beaches, coastal paths and green countryside, Tyn Rhos Caravan Park makes a great base for exploring Anglesey. The site offers a mixture of grass and hardstanding pitches with electric hook up for touring and camping, as well as a handful of non-electric grass pitches for camping. With award-winning Lligwy Beach just a ten minute walk from the site, it's the perfect spot for a seaside escape.

About the site

Just a ten minute walk from one of Anglesey's best beaches, this site is ideal for exploring hidden coves and coastal walks. Set just outside of Moelfre, a historic fishing village, the peaceful site offers 26 pitches in total. These consist of four electric hardstanding pitches for tourers and motorhomes, 18 electric grass pitches for touring and camping, and four non-electric grass pitches for camping. There is also a static caravan with a king sized bedroom and two twin bedrooms available to let. Discover Anglesey's dramatic coastline via the Wales Coast Path, which can be accessed directly from Moelfre. If you want to venture further afield, Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) is only a 35 minute drive away. Dogs are welcome but should be kept on leads around the site. No campfires, sorry!

Site rules and policies

* Act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and other persons on the park.

* Supervise children at all times.

* Ensure your dog is kept under control on a lead at all times whilst on park, and that you clean up after them.

* Use your vehicle in accordance with Road Traffic Legislation and drive within the speed limits on park.

* Musical instruments, radios, engine generators, footballs or other noisy equipment are not permitted between the hours of 10:30pm and 9am.

Try your hand at surfing at Treath Lligwy or explore the Wales Coast Path, directly accessible from Moelfre. If you fancy exploring slightly further afield, Snowdonia National Park is just 35 minutes away.
