Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay with my grandson - it is a very well run site and the staff are super helpful and kind. We were on a grass pitch with electric in a camper van and it felt very spacious even though th site was busy! A bonus was the viking festival on Saturday ! We enjoyed walking to Mewslade Bay and loved swimming and exploring this spectacular cove - and travelled by bus to Rhossilli - would defintely recommend!

Beautiful

Cannot fault anything, absolutely beautiful site! Friendly owners and staff suitable for all! Fabulous size pitches shop was lovely well stocked with just about everything! Facilities were lovely and clean. Warm showers with separate private sink cubicles opposite each shower cubicle which I personally thought was fab! Nothing worse than dressing on a wet floor!

Great weekend

Lovely clean site, toilets, showers whilst not as modern as some are very clean. Dog exercise field was a bonus and loads of walks from the site. Play area for children

A perfect campsite

We stayed for two nights and can safely say we enjoyed every minute. The location is great, with a short walk to the scenic Mewslade beach - which has a cosy secluded feel. Be wary, at high tide, the sea fills the bay. Also, access may be tough for older/less mobile people and prams. The campsite itself has lovely views and is kept very clean and tidy. The shower and toilet facilities were very clean, with shower running warm. Also, the staff were super helpful. Would recommend to anybody looking for a campsite in the Gower Peninsula!

Solo female camping

Lovely people really nice and welcoming. Great, well provisioned shop with a good range of food (local produce) and camping/caravanning equipment and a huge selection of kites. Good range of facilities cleaned regularly. However, some other camper didn't respect the guidance and left items and tissues around, but these were cleared up regularly by the team. Free phone charging in a little safe which is excellent, and vending machine for then the shop is closed. Great location, thanks for the staying in a lovely, quiet place.

Great location and views

The layout of the site was good, giving most pitches a clear sea view. Well maintained paths led down to the coast path and a small cove that was great for a quick swim. There were plenty of facilities, all spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and the site shop was well stocked. The beach in neighbouring Rhossili was spectacular.

Fantastic site in beautiful location

This site can be a little tricky to get to with a motorhome as the roads leading to it are very narrow in places. However, it's worth the trouble once you get there for the incredible views of this part of the South Wales coastline. The facilities are basic but very clean and well maintained and the service is friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Very nice site

Stayed on this site for two nights very quiet and well kept site .staff very friendly and happy to help lovely little shop for getting a few bits if you forget the essentials. Toilets and showers very nice and clean. Big pitches and a nice walk to the beach it did take 50 minutes to walk it but we didn't rush . Will definitely be going back thank you .

Great location for the Gower beaches

The campsite has views over the sea which was lovely at sunset. It's about a mile from the beach, though you will struggle to get to it if you have mobility issues. The campsite was spacious and peaceful with a small shop. There was an issue with the hot water in the men's shower block whilst we were there, but the staff were working to fix it. On the whole, we liked the campsite but felt it was expensive for what you got.

Great for exploring the Gower

Lovely, quiet site, good location for exploring the area. We even had a sea view! The site has everything needed in terms of facilities and although a little dated, they were extremely cleaned and well maintained. We didn't try the disc golf this time, but it's a fun facility as an extra.

Ok

The site was generally clean, but could have done with the grass cutting and general tidying up around the pitches. Showers and toilet block clean. In my opinion very expensive for what it is.

Regarding the grass around the pitches, the recent weather and soft ground meant we weren’t able to safely get our equipment onto certain areas without causing damage or getting stuck. Over winter we do cut all the hard‑standing areas whenever conditions allow, but we avoid cutting the grass pitches during that time to help prevent vehicles driving onto soft ground and becoming stuck. We’re also a very nature‑based site, and parts of the park are home to ground‑nesting birds. Limiting winter cutting helps protect these habitats and supports the wildlife that makes Gower so special. On pricing, we’ve kept a full price freeze this year — pitches are the same cost as last season — and we remain one of the most affordable parks on Gower. We work hard to balance fair pricing with maintaining the facilities and the natural environment our guests enjoy. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for a smoother, sunnier stay.

Gower trip

A beautiful location that was quiet and restful. well planned layout with good facilities. A lovely walk to the beach which is dog friendly. Great campsite for exploring the surrounding Gower peninsula.

Great gem

We arrived late in the evening, the instructions provided on the door were straightforward. When we rang the number provided and they answered straight away and arrived promptly to show us to our pitch. Following morning, arrival process was completed smoothly and friendly. A great experience from the get go. The pitch was perfect and the first morning we were grateful to have a great view of the sea. Cleanliness was to a very high standard and no faults were present. We were very pleased with the team. So informative with the surrounding area and gave us all the information we needed. The free local map was a bonus and definitely helped with our plans. Site was found easily and just as pictured on the listing. Perfect location for us as hikers and wanting easy access to the coastal paths and area. Thank you for a great stay and definitely a site we will visit again.

Lovely site

Gorgeous site and lovely views. However, two things to note: I was staying on site B, but not at all clear where B is, especially if you arrive in the dark, maybe an idea to mark fields with A, B, etc! Second thing is the showers, they go off after 5-6 seconds which is infuriating, especially when there was no heating in there! Overall, though very peaceful and views outweigh everything.

Winter weekend

First winter trip in our motorhome. Restricted on travelling time due to work finish times, as we like to arrive in daylight. We were met by a very nice gentleman that had just left the site, but returned on seeing our arrival. (Did not get his name). He opened reception and gave us some maps of the site and local area and then showed us to the pitch. We had a walk around to take in the views and the wash facilities. These were very clean and had been advised that we could use the disabled facilities as there was heating in there. The pot wash and laundry room was very clean. We did not use the laundry. We seemed to be the only ones on site, but another van arrived later that evening and left the next day. A short walk to the beach or a bus into Rhosilli, runs hourly. Reception staff were very helpful and the shop had plenty of supplies. Children's play area was nice and there is a disc golf area as well, although these were not used. We are looking to go back in the summer.

Two nights at end of October

Happy with the site, friendly staff and facilities were really clean. Only stayed two nights in October, wet and windy, but it is winter in Wales.

Good location for a quiet stay

Good location, but a bit isolated unless you are willing to walk to local beaches. Plenty of facilities, good sized showers and toilet block plus a small shop on site for souvenirs and a dog exercise field. Nearby beaches include 3 mile long Rhossili Bay - well worth visiting.

Lovely site

Great spot, perfect facilities, lovely owners and wicked stock of kites in the shop. Would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the disc golf pitch. Perfect for walking down to the sea - we went to Wyrm's Head for the day along the coast path. Thank you!

Great place to stay on the Gower

Lovely clean facilities with plenty of hot water. I particularly liked the wash cubicles with doors for privacy. We were made to feel very welcome. A great place to stay.
