We used the site as a base to attend the IOW Music Festival and base our comments on our stay
Single Axle Caravan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 A cracking site and location. We had a mixture of varied weather conditions from wind rain thick fog to brilliant clear skies day and night time, warm sun cooled by a welcoming sea breeze. Sky at nighttime was just awesome when clear, equally both the sun rise and sun sets were phenomenal and worth experiencing

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 Friendly, helpful welcome. Well kept pitches on a cliff top setting with fairly steep access to the beach.
Impressive views out to sea on clear days. Toilet/shower facilities are quite basic, but nice hot water; laundry room looked very good, but not required by us. Lovely for younger kids in nice weather due to animals on site, beach and play areas.
Local pub does excellent food! Few mins by car/bike.

The location right on the seafront gave a perfect view, although quite windy! There isn't much of a beach, but it's still an option. Really easy check in, staff were very friendly. There's a burger/breakfast trailer that's open most days to get a coffee and some food. There's a small shop, toilets and showers. For a quick night stay over, it's a very easy place to stay at.
There is a bit of a 'cliff edge' to be weary of, it's a shame that this place is being eroded a bit, but as long as you're sensible it's not something to worry about and you can easily pitch up more inland, rather than on the edge like we did.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2026 The campsite is next to the sea and you can hear the waves splashing during night and day, something I find quite relaxing.
Some of the different walking paths that the island has are next to the campsite. If you are up for a walk, this place is amazing.
The staff was really cordial and helpful.

Food vans onsite were great, 5 star, and had friendly staff. Amazing food.
Toilets clean, site clean and tidy. Would stay there again.

Medium Tent - Large Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2025 Had a lovely time. We arrived during a terrible storm and we were supposed to camp. For only £10 extra Dave offered us a basic pod, which was so much better than being blown away.

We checked in quite late as had to drive from Devon after work. We had been pre-checked in, so only had to drive to the barrier and the number recognition meant we were straight in. The lead up had us receiving all the info we needed, we were very happy with the communication.
Very clean and the showers were lovely and hot, just perfect after a day exploring all the Isle of Wight has to offer. The only ever so slight downside is that the pizza van wasn't open on the Saturday evening, but there were burgers and lots of other options on offer.
Highly recommended and we will be back.

Great for a few nights camping
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 The campsite was ideal for a few nights camping.
Was slightly disappointed in accessing the beach. Due to mobility issues, the walk down the hill to the beach was a bit difficult to manage due to the steep hill, hence only visiting once with the dog, which was a shame as the site was picked with the beach in mind.
Lovely seeing the farm animals on site, ideal playground facilities for younger children, the shower and toilets were very clean.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Absolutely fantastic stay, we had an amazing stay at Grange Farm Campsite.
The facilities are plentiful, shop well stocked, site spotless and the beach is stunning. Very few people on the beach so we had lots of lovely beach trips. The campsite location is perfect for a quiet week in the Isle of Wight, we did a few of the typical touristy activities, all within a very comfortable distance.
Good phone signal, lots of water taps and toilets throughout the site. Couldn't fault anything!
Fab stay
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 I stayed here camping with my six year old son. We had a pitch with great view looking out onto the sea - it was so enjoyable sitting at our picnic table eating breakfast with such a wonderful view. Warm pastries and on hand hot food / coffee was very appreciated.
The staff were super helpful, as I had a few things to sort (electrics, bbq stuff) and it has a well stocked camp shop.
Very good location to see the island and the beach was few minutes walk so we spent a couple of evenings down there as sun set.
My son made many friends and particularly liked the footie goals for an easy kick about. The site is a good size so I knew he was never too far away but he had his feeling of independence too.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Large Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Just back from a week's stay at Grange Farm.
Grange Farm is a great site for all ages & family's alike, they have a well equipped shop stoking all the essentials. The pitches are a good size with electric hook available if you need it. They also have an onsite service that do breakfasts, tea & coffee and also have an onsite pizza maker which is open during the evenings.
Lastly, I would like to give a big thank you to David and the staff who helped me out with a gas bottle issue. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Wonderful days
Motorhome - Large Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2025 Wonderful and quiet campground.
We had luck to get a pitch at the sea front with an amazing look over the coastal rocks to the sea. All facilities where clean. The service was very good.
There is a little shop with all things you need for a camping holiday included fresh vegetables, eggs, bread etc. Everybody is friendly. The way to the nice beach is short.
For us coming from Germany it was a most wonderful experience to stay at this special campground!
