Brilliant location

Toilets ruined for us. Not keen on the so called eco toilet. Which is a shame, otherwise we would have returned.

Our stay

Brilliant stay. Loved the location and plenty of space between tents. Facilities were good. Just make sure you bring a mallet as the ground is hard.

Lovely

Absolutely lovely. We had a nice time. Would be even better if there was a little park and sand pit on site for the kids to play in during the evenings and if we could pay for the gazebo at the end as we paid 15 pound for 3 nights but didn't end up putting the gazebo up as it was to windy so wasted the money.

Nice campsite

We stayed 3 nights with the kids and really enjoyed this campsite. It's very organic and natural without the typical floor mark-ups or caravans and really feels like you are within nature and next to the sea side. The beach proximity is great for long walks and for the kids to explore and it's well located to drive around the New Forest. It's a very relaxed ambience and the nightfall with the fireplaces is really cool. The only negative for us was the eco-toilets, which are very unpleasant and very challenging with the kids. Thankfully, we had our portable toilet which was very useful. P.s. they have pizza as it's really good!

Great Site

Great Site to stay at. The site staff work hard to keep eco toilets clean as well as showers. We had no problem with them in fact a lot better than some flushable toilets I've used! Would definitely go back. The only thing I would say is it gets very windy as you are by the beach but of course that's nothing to do with the site. Just a note so you can be prepared!

Brilliant camping trip!

Came here for a short camping trip for me and my boy (6), and it was simply great! Plenty of options to pitch our tent, the facilities were fantastic; plenty of toilets, hot showers, and awesome breakfast grub! The onsite staff were always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The site itself is in a perfect location; close to the beach and nearby to the local attractions. Wish I'd booked for longer and would love to go back again another time!

I wanted to stay

This was my toddler's first camping trip and mine since I was 19 (21 years ago). Everything was amazing, couldn't fault it. We sat with our fire pit, taking in our surroundings and the beach was a perfect distance. In fact, we wanted to stay longer but looked on site and unfortunately, we couldn't but we loved it. We have a caravan now so unfortunately this location is no go for us but we absolutely loved making memories here.

Weekend break with the adult children

Basic camp site. Eco toilets, warm showers and dish washing facilities. Fresh drinking water taps around the site. Fire pits can be hired at a small cost. BBQs allowed. Very quiet site considering there were lots of young children. Short walk from the beach with views of the Isle of Wight. They do pizza at night and breakfast rolls at a small cost. Small on site shop ran by the staff that live on site. The only issue we had was that my partner finished work late and they were a little reluctant to let him in

Throughly enjoyable

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, very helpful and accommodating staff. Right next to the sea. Facilities were clean, showers warm. Onsite breakfast baps and stone-baked pizza were top notch. Only advice I would give is to bring heavy-duty tent pegs as the ground was solid and stony. It was my daughter's (4) first camping trip and she's made up. 👍👍

Peaceful, well-located site

Had a great few days here, good facilities and warm showers. Site was lovely and peaceful and well-located near to the beach.

What a brilliant place

What an unbelievable place. The tent was brilliant, location was perfect and the staff were amazing. Clean campsite throughout and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We will be booking again.

Fantastic staff and facilities

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The showers and toilets are super clean. Way above expectations. Take some strong tent pegs and a proper hammer, the ground is hard ! Would definitely go again and would recommend.

Good but wouldnt go back

Very expensive for what you get. The eco toilets are poor. They demand you do your business in different locations of the toilet. Cleary, kids cant do this so things end up in the wrong place for the next person, which is unpleasant. Pros are that it's big field to camp in and you can see the sea. Allowed a camp fire. Good shop with resources to offer, enjoyable but wouldn't go back, too pricey for camping and poor quality of showers and toilets.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We appreciate any feed whether positive or negative. Our Eco Toilets are new for this season and although guests can be a bit apprehensive to the idea to start with, we have actually only had nothing but positive comments. I do appreciate that we need the cooperation from the guest when using them to help keep them in good working order. Our pitch price is a fixed price for up to 4 guest, rather than a pitch price and then extra cost for the number of people as priced by most other campsites and then when comparing we work out better value for money. We also offer something unique to our area: New Forest, beach front and campfires.

Excellent family campsite

Lepe Beach campsite is brilliant. The campsite is in an excellent location, less than a 5 min walk to the beach and country park. It was a big field with plenty of space. The toilets and showers were good and well maintained. The onsite pizza and breakfast rolls were brilliant. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will be sure to visit again!

Lovely site

We had a lovely midweek stay. Lovely site, friendly staff. My only criticism would be that they have recently changed their toilets to compost toilets. This would be no problem at all, except we specifically booked as we had seen pictures of toilet units with a grab handle up the step, which my mum needed for accessibility. The compost toilets required stepping up 4 steps, and she was as a result, unable to use them. We left the evening before we were due to leave as a result. The facilities were all kept very clean. I'm only mentioning in case others with accessibility issues were looking to book. Also - you need £20 in cash for deposit to hire firepit, so make sure you get some cash out before you come :)

Perfect camping!

Outstanding campsite with a very friendly team. The cost to stay here was very good value for money. Onsite showers, toilets and pot-wash are a fantastic addition to camping. It was a very short walk to play area for kids, and the beach. On site they have everything you need in case you forgot something. Homemade pizzas were amazing and very good value. We had a pre-built tent along with a cooking set and beds, amazing! Rented a firepit and had a perfect camping trip with the family! Thank you so much!

Really lovely campsite

Really lovely campsite, very peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing and staff really kind, helpful and friendly. Could not fail the facilities - excellent.

Amazing stay

Just had a two night stay at the park. It was super clean and the owners and staff very friendly. Right next to a beach. We really enjoyed the relaxation and hoping to go back next month.

Short stay

Just what was needed. Close to the beach for bass fishing, lovely walks to go on and a friendly service team.

Nice location

Nice location. Right next to the beach (1 minute walk from site). No flushing toilets but everything was very clean. Pizza cooked onsite and breakfast rolls in the morning. Staff were friendly.
