We absolutely loved staying here, so glad we stayed more than one night. It couldn’t have been nicer and so near Fort George were we saw the Dolphins! Facilities second to none! This is from someone who doesn’t normally do reviews.

Arrived at site with ease getting on to site. Wasn't so easy finding a pitch, maybe putting them on a post would make it easier apposed to them lying down on the grass. Was quiet and the scenery was good.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Visited with a friend and my two small children for three days and we were so comfortable, we could easily have stayed longer. We're not the most experienced of campers, and usually are really ready to come home after a night or two, but this place was just so great! Really friendly and welcoming attitude from the owner (feel awful for not catching his name!) and the little shop had lovely provisions - can highly recommend the local ale! Showers and toilets impeccably clean and plenty of space to get ready in the mornings without it all feeling a bit of a stress, like it often does when we camp elsewhere! Lovely little adventure playground for the kids, well located next to the shelter where we cooked on our last night. Beautiful scenery and peaceful setting. Will be recommending to everyone we know!

Needing an extra night to enjoy the sun and was availability here so booked. It was a wee magic night. Beautifully created and thought through and immaculate campsite in the middle of the farmers land. River Nairn runs along with beautiful wood filled with birdsong. Quiet but with families happily enjoying the pond and the bothy and the wooden outdoor play area. Paths cut along the fields for dogs. Best nights sleep. Special place.

Arrived 30 mins after reception closed but a text to the number was no problem, gate code supplied and pitch number. Once in and set up, we had dinner and went for a walk. Pitch was superb. Hardstanding with hook up, really nice size! Surrounding pond and field wall was lovely as the sun set, saw the resident highland cows and alpacas 🦙 The warden walked round at sundown to check on things and we got chatting with him and his dog, Misty. Bathrooms were really clean and new, and spot on. My only feedback was having a shower in the morning, I struggled to get dry and dressed after with the space. Washing up facilities spotless also. A great stopover with nice outlooks, modern camping and lovely warden 👍

A really quiet site with very well spaced pitches and a full range of facilities. Although there are animals on site, they are fenced off meaning dogs are welcome. Toilets and showers were very clean and modern, and are well lit. My removal of one star is for the fact that the ladies' are at the back of the building, meaning that at night, although lit, I felt a little hidden, having to walk round a fenced-off corner. That said, the site felt secure. We would definitely revisit this site.

Only stayed one of my 2 nights, but happy with the site. I stayed somewhere a bit more sheltered from Storm Ashley as it was lovely, but a bit exposed.

Super. Location is not so good. Super if you want quiet and far away from everything. But, it is super organised and super clean!

I stayed 5 nights and loved being there. The man who runs it is really helpful. The toilets and showers are clean and up to date. There is a reasonably priced laundry facility. The site is out in the countryside and there is a lovely fenced in dog running area with a pond.

Excellent site. Very peaceful with all the basic facilities you could want. Very friendly owner who was very polite and courteous, we had the electricity trip in our pod but he sorted it within minutes. Great playback for children and dogs allowed on site providing they're kept on leads.
