Clear filters Lovely little campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Lovely little campsite, really out of the way but only a 20 minute drive to where we wanted to go. Really spacious plots for campers. Bathrooms were clean and it was great having a room to do the washing up in and a washer and dryer, if needed. It was really useful having the honesty shop on site with having a toddler and not having to try and get everyone in the car just to get milk.
Had great view of the sunset and a beautiful view of the moon.

Peaceful and relaxing stay
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Everything was perfect with our stay lovely clean and quiet site, the seasonally visitors where really kind and helpful too.
Alun who greeted us on arrival was really nice too he told me where the best pizza place was, beach, fishing towns to visit etc and told us about events going on whilst we were there. This made us easier for us as we have never visited Anglesey before.
The have a little shop on site where you can buy things like milk, cheese, biscuits, yoghurts, cakes etc and the prices are great just remember to have cash on you :)
There was loads of space for young children to run around and with a 5MPH speed limit which everyone did on site they were safe to explore.
If you like star gazing, this is the site for you we seen loads and shooting stars too, the northern light could be seen from our camp whilst there also.
The showers where hot, toilets where cleaned and also had toilet roll. Hand towels or hand dryer available plus the hairdryer was 20p to use - always clean and tidy
There is a washing machine and dryer on site in the wash room high was always clean and tidy.

Lovely, well maintained site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 We found the site very tidy and well cared for. The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean. Alan was very helpful. We didn't have a hook up cable of our own. He spent time looking for one we could use for our stay. Much appreciated.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 I was allowed on site early and received a great welcome and was shown some local spots around the site. I marked it down on location as the roads around the site are 2 way, single lane roads with blind corners because of high hedges. I say that and would still go there again and would recommend the site.
Clean and tidy
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Campsite was lovely, facilities were spotless and the farmer, Alan, was very helpful and friendly.
We had problems with some noisy guests on one night only. Alan came out to deal with them at midnight, sadly, to no avail, as they carried on until 4am with appalling language and excessive noise. However, I don't know what else Alan could have done. For some people, the rules do not apply.
The only negative for the campsite was the Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

Nice site, very clean
Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 Lovely site but access via narrow lanes. Bit hairy at times. Local products available with honesty box. Great base and value for money. Very windy on our visit, storm straps recommended if you intend using an awning :-)

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 We recently enjoyed a 5 day stay at Tai Hirion Farm, which proved to be a good location for exploring Anglesey.
All pitches are spacious & fully serviced. Toilets/ showers spotless. Owners very friendly & helpful.
Would recommend, especially in off-peak season.

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 This a lovely, friendly family site in the middle of the countryside on the Isle of Anglesey. Showers & toilets are spotless clean.
The small honestly shop on site has the basics. It's a great base for exploring the island.
Brilliant place
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 This is a beautiful place to stay with very friendly people running it and also people staying there.
It is on a very quiet setting but everywhere on the island is within easy access with a car. The washrooms and toilets are spotlessly clean. Caravan standing well equipped with water, electric and grey waste with toilet cassette disposal point with washing out facility.
Wi-Fi requires password, as most do, but that can easily be obtained from the site office. There is nothing negative that can be said about this site.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 We loved our stay at Tai Hirion so much we extended our stay by an extra day.
Perfect location to explore Anglesey. Great site, plenty of space and wonderful views. So quiet and able to sit and spot the stars at night.
New and clean toilet and shower block and even an honesty shop where you could buy cheese made on the farm.
Alun was friendly and welcoming and even invited us to watch the cows being milked. We will definitely return.
Great campsite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 This was our second stay. It's a lovely, friendly site with great views. Plenty of space and not crowded. Facilities are exceptionally clean. The site is very well maintained. Little honest shop is great. Safe space for kids to play, quiet of an evening.

Excellent
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Storm "Betty" hit the site, our tent survived without damage, the high hedge protected us from the worst of the wind, proprietor Alun came round the site to check if everyone was okay. I am disabled and found the facilities adequate, no problems, the small honesty shop was a great help the morning after "Betty", so we didn't have to leave the site. Quiet and a nice location, not far off the main road.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Wonderful campsite. Will definitely return. Although Storm Betty battered the site we enjoyed our stay. The facilities are great.
