Clear filters French people in the UK
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Chestnut) Aug 2024 Although more expensive than campsites in France, the quality of service is way higher than what we're used to! Very clean, very quiet, spacious. We liked it!

The Bells
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches with Awning (Ash) Jul 2024 Had a very pleasant first time stay here. The sites are well sized, the shower and toilet blocks very clean and spacious.
The grounds are well maintained too and the location so close to the river makes for a very pleasant, level evening or daytime walks.
The only hiccup I personally had was with the middle tumble dryer of the three in situ; if I had been aware that it was not as powerful as the other two and the dryer door needed a good slam to close, I could have saved myself some time, money and frustration. Perhaps a little information note for future guests might save those little irks.
Other than that, we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Fantastic site
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Oak) Jun 2024 Great site. Perfect location for visiting Windsor and Legoland. Clean facilities and lovely hot showers.
The children loved the park, particularly the table tennis. The river was ideal for paddle boarding. Spacious pitches and ample space for the car. A couple of nice pubs locally too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Chestnut) May 2024 Lovely people with great facilities. A lovely site with great pitches and loads of choice. Beautiful walks along the Thames. Well run without being heavy handed.
We went out of season so it was pretty quiet. As a big site, I can imagine it being rammed at high season, but that's just my guess, not a fact.

Beautiful clean site friendly staff
VW-Type Campervan - Premium Pitches (Hazel) May 2024 I contacted the site beforehand as I'd read some reviews about what vans they would accept, mine's a converted yellow VW campervan, not a standard motorhome. They replied very quickly confirming it would be fine. The site was beautiful and the staff on arrival very friendly. It was a perfect base for exploring the Chilterns and we loved the riverside walk from the site. We didn't venture into the village until we left, but we wish we had have done, the pubs were beautiful. We would 100% stay there again, very clean facilities, big pitch, water and electric next to the pitch (we stayed in Hazel - fully serviced) and it had everything we needed. Our dogs loved it as well, the red kites flying ahead were an added bonus. We wish we could have stayed longer.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches (Ash) May 2024 We had the perfect pitch and the facilities were modern and clean. We found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent! We would definitely recommend!

Great site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches with Awning (Ash) May 2024 Wonderful site very clean and friendly. All the amenities you could ask for and a great central base to explore from. Only down side is the midges and horse flies attracted by the riverside location - got eaten alive so go prepared and enjoy!

Great weekend helped by weather
Small Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Oak) May 2024 Showers a bit too hot in men's cubicle where we were located, otherwise perfect! We'll definitely be back sometime.

Excellent
Motorhome - Premium Pitches (Hazel) Apr 2024 We stayed here for a visit to Legoland.
The site was immaculate, toilet/shower facilities were excellent, there was an amazing playground for children with football and table tennis options, and a nature trail leading right out to a big green space by the Thames.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Oak) Apr 2024 Arrived at the site and was booked in swiftly and pleasantly. The team all seemed very nice.
Lots of site maintenance going on that did not impede on our visit, such as hedge trimming, electrical works, etc. The ground was very wet from the rain but sitting in our tent was well thought out. Pheasants were everywhere you looked and the Thames was close by. The local pubs are great and there are some brilliant walks with the dog,

Lovely site, great facilities and well priced
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches with Awning (Ash) Oct 2023 We stayed here to be close to Legoland. It was a simple journey to get there and also to Windsor Castle. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The site is on the Thames Pathway, which was great for runs or walks. This is a very dog friendly site with waste bins and places to walk. The facilities are second to none and the best I have ever used - top marks here. Very clean, warm and hot showers. The site is well kept and we will definitely be returning.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Chestnut) Oct 2023 Really lovely, well managed site.
Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely location, we visited Legoland. Situated in lovely countryside away from main roads and close to the river. There's a lovely river walk with some huge old trees. Proximity to the river led to some rather wet patches in late October but I suspect this keeps the grass pitches nice and green.
Plenty of nice, modern toilets & showers and ample disposal points for waste.
Very, very happy and likely to return!

Lovely location
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches with Awning (Ash) Oct 2023 Lovely site with excellent facilities and a great location next to River Thames. Lovely walks along the river in both directions. Only negative was very poor TV reception. We do like to relax in the evenings and watch TV but this was not possible here. Maybe TV booster points on EHU?

A lovely stay!
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Chestnut) Sep 2023 Myself and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Hurley Riverside Park. The campsite was super spacious and it was in a beautiful setting. We ended up going on a lovely long walk around the area and the views were stunning. The toilet/shower block was very clean.
Adding a fire pit to the mix would have made this campsite a 10/10.

Fantastic location and well kept site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches (Ash) Sep 2023 We arrived after a period of exceptionally wet weather and the first night there was a terrible storm, so many of the pitches were out of action and there was lots of lying water after the storm on grass pitches mainly. However, the Wardens checked regularly how things were draining and after a dry day things had improved and by day 2 it was all back to normal. They did all they could and staff and campers were all upbeat about weather that was out of the ordinary.
The staff were very helpful and the site is designed so it has small secluded areas, so it doesn't feel as large as it actually is. There is access to the river for canoes and paddleboarders, and there were a few.
Its position for travelling to Windsor, Henley, Legoland and even central London (On the Elizabeth line from nearby Slough) is exceptional, and there are plenty of opportunities to walk locally, along the river or elsewhere. After 4 days, we felt we had hardly scratched the surface of possible activities, so we will be back.
If you are dog owners, plenty of those on site were, there are easy dog walks through a gate along the river.

Great short break
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Chestnut) Sep 2023 Really enjoyed our 2 nights at Hurley Park.
Great location next to the Thames, with lovely walks. Also perfect to launch kayaks and paddle boards. We loved watching all the red kites flying over the site.
Site was busy but not noisy and didn't feel over crowded, pitch sizes were very generous and facilities kept very clean. All staff very friendly.
Two good pubs in walking distance and just a short drive to Henley.
