Great winter break!

First time visit here and no regrets! Great facilities, good location for Jurassic Coast walks and visits and a bonus of a fine indoor swimming pool! Will be back!

Fantastic site

Fantastic site with a nice walk to West Bay. Excellent facilities on site, fully stocked Spar shop a bar and restaurant - everything you need. The toilets and showers were excellent, 5*.

Great park with great facilities

First time at this park and it couldn't have been better. A nice, big, enclosed field for dogs to run off lead. Short but steep costal path to stony beach. Facilities were clean with a well stocked Spar on site and great food at Martin's bar. Really welcoming and very well looked after site with plenty of choice for motorhome pitches. Morrisons also a quick 2 miles down the road. Will definitely be back 😊

Amazing stay

Not long had a caravan but this as been the best stay

All round excellent stay, staff so helpful. Would recommend this site to anyone young and old.

Excellent location

Excellent area and location near to the coast. It was kept super clean and the gardens were beautifully kept. Facilities were super clean and plenty of WC's and showers. The washing facilities were brilliant. Well worth a stop over 🤗

Short stay

Lovely couple of days here. Helpful staff and immaculate grounds and facilities. I didn't spot a single item of litter in the time we were here. Beautiful location too.

First time in our motor home

We were a little nervous about our first trip, so only travelled a mile from home. The booking process was easy, we stayed on a gravel pitch so looked for one available and parked up. The site is very well maintained, the toilets and showers were not busy and clean. The bar and restaurant were well run and food was good. Well stocked shop and good pool. Great area for our dog to run and an easy walk to west bay and Eype. Will definitely return.

Can't fault it!

Fantastic park, highly recommend. It has a very well-stocked shop which meant we didn't need to go off-site much, a great restaurant if we didn't fancy cooking, a lovely swimming pool and fantastic toilet & shower blocks, which were lovely and clean. Perfect for our first family camping trip.

Lovely clean site, great location and facilities

We had a very relaxing stay. There's a nice walk down to the beach and along to West Bay. The breakfast and dinner were excellent in the site restaurant. Will certainly return and recommend 👍

Excellent short break

A perfect location and a very well laid out park, with all the amenities you need. There qas some confusion as to whether the restaurant was open out of main season but otherwise 100%. The dog exercise field was great- large, sloping and some long grass so great to wear the dogs out

Fabulous site

A really wonderful site. Immaculately maintained, excellent facilities for all ages, great toilet and shower facilities. But wow what a location! Breathtaking views from our pitch and wonderful walks … but be prepared for some uphill walks 😁. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely site with excellent facilities and sea views

Had a lovely stay on the whole - cannot fault the site at all. Only reason not 5 stars is due to 2 small things. The military carry out night-time operations and helicopters were frequently flying overhead after dark and on occasion this would be followed by what I can only describe as heavy machine-gun fire, albeit a good distance away at sea. Comes with the area I guess as lots of gunnery ranges and army training areas locally. Didn't expect it at night however! The site was very 'busy' as in there was constant mowing, strimming going on. Could be time of year. There was also a lot of people wandering about between caravans - I think maybe a club was present. Had we not been right in the middle of this group (we probably could have moved), it wouldn't have been a problem but at times it felt like it was rush hour!! Not a problem but if you're looking to be sociable with other campers, it's a bonus I guess! Yes will return. Lovely pub and pool onsite. Check pool times ahead as their website isn't very clear.

Windy visit

A very well kept site with good facilities and cleanliness. Superb position on the cliff top with some great, albeit steep walks and great views. Local beaches not ideal for our particular dogs as too shingly, but the onsite enclosed dog run was excellent, best we have seen and saved the day as our lurchers like to run, a lot!

Excellent, well run site

Helpful, friendly staff and with everything that was needed on site. The bar and restaurant were great, with brilliant staff, tasty food and a good range of drinks. Very clean showers and toilet. Everything else needed to make for a good touring holiday is available. There's a well-stocked shop. It's a tidy, well-kept site, with excellent signposting and a great app to help with all necessary information.

Fantastic experience, super clean facilities, scenic views, friendly staff. Definitely coming back.

Your typical holiday campsite, best suited for families and groups.

Excellent site

This is an excellent site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite very high winds one day and rain the next, we still had a great time in our motorhome and will most definitely be coming back here.

First stay in a motorhome!

We hired a motorhome as a trial run to see if we could manage a family of 5 (children ages 8,6 and 3) for a longer trip in the summer. We've had a fab time and feel truly spoilt with our first experience!!!

Attention to detail

A very clean and tidy park. Lovely showers with a hand held shower and did not turn off until you turned it off, best shower block I've been to! There are also games in the laundry room to keep you amused. We have had some bad wind and rain and Highlands End sent a text the day before to warn us of upcoming bad weather. The shop was also well stocked. My only criticism was we didn't think the staff at Martin's Bar were very friendly at all, we were almost scared to ask any questions. Not a smile, or asking how our food was, nothing! The pool was lovely and staff there were friendly, cleaning floors as we were there. Would definitely stay here again. The site is quite central for sight seeing and visiting Devon etc.

Brilliant showers

We tour for 10 months of the year and have visited many sites. The showers here were one of the best we have used. They are large, so parents have the space for a few kids to shower at the same time. They are also clean, you can control the pressure, temperature and the removable head. The pool was lovely and the club house was beautifully decorated. The chemical waste was top notch. It was enclosed, warm and had every thing you'd need. It also has a hand basin with soap to wash your hands after (this is rare).
