Lovely site. Good location. Plenty of toilets and showers. Café/bar on site as well as some curiosity shops. Staff friendly.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Touring PitchesJul 2023

From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly, the site was easy to navigate and the facilities were clean. We especially enjoyed the bingo on the Saturday night!

Motorhome - Fully Serviced Touring PitchesJul 2023

Lovely place and would stay again. Only disappointment was the pub on site wasn't open. Apart from that, all was good. It's a nice area, clean, plenty of toilets and showers. Would visit again and get the hot tub. Also, the staff was nice and helpful and a shout out to the garage owner on site too for helping us, thank you.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Touring PitchesJun 2023

This was our first experience in our touring caravan. Unfortunately, it wasn't the warm friendly welcome I had been told we would receive. We had a fully serviced plot and the access was located at the front of the van. Even with our extra long pipes for the grey water waste, it still wouldn't reach. It would have been helpful if we were able to see this at the time of booking so we could have ensured we have the right length of pipe to use the services we had paid for. We had a plot facing the park/playing field and toilet block which we initially thought was great. However, as the bigger children were playing along the front, our car and van was being hit by stones and footballs. The toilet block was okay but would recommend taking shower shoes/sliders etc. as there were some broken tiles in the shower cubicle. All of the hand dryers are on the same level and are too high for children/small adults to use. The site was very busy with children so if your wanting something quiet and peaceful this isn't the site for you. Whilst we were there, we noticed several dogs off the lead. There was security patrolling in the evening but might have been helpful to do throughout the day too? There were little shops at the top of the site that were nice to have a mooch around. We would try the site again in the future.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Touring PitchesJun 2023

Fabulous location, really feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Cafe staff were amazing, when they were due to shut they made me 2 takeaways, when I realised I'd forgotten our BBQ! Really spacious pitches, very clean bathrooms, huge holiday park, but really peaceful. Would really recommend, so much so that we arrived home and rebooked.
