About the site
This relaxed campsite sits just a couple of minutes from Perranporth, making it a brilliant place for anyone who wants to spend their stay at the beach, surfing and exploring the coast. It's also within 15 minutes of Newquay, Wheal Coates and St Agnes, so there are plenty of options for days out! The site offers 65 non electric grass pitches, each 10m x 10m. These are spread across two peaceful fields, allowing tents, trailer tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes. The campsite also has 35 electric grass pitches. These 10m x 10m pitches sit along the hedgerow and include a 16 amp hook-up. They suit all kinds of setups, from tents and trailer tents to caravans, campervans and motorhomes. During the summer months (May to September), the site hosts the Barrow Bar every evening. Guests can enjoy tasty cocktails, local Cornish beers and laid-back live music. Feast nights run four days a week, serving delicious favourites like tacos, bao buns, steak and hog roast. Every morning, the breakfast truck serves fresh coffee, pastries and hot breakfast treats from 8am to 10.30am. There's also a handy onsite shop selling essentials like milk, bread and BBQ packs, as well as fire pits for hire. Campers are welcome to use BBQs and log fire pits, either their own or ones hired onsite. All fires and BBQs must be raised off the grass using the bricks provided, and guests are asked to keep a bucket of water nearby for safety. Dogs are very welcome, with up to three allowed per pitch. They must stay on leads around the site, except in the special dog roaming area where they can enjoy a good run. There are water points and even a cold outdoor dog shower to help clean sandy paws.
