Clear filters Great campsite
Aug 2025 What a lovely stay here, it’s spotless and has a lovely relaxing feel watching the sunset, dog friendly, Gary and Claire are so friendly and nice, 30 minutes walk from a lovely seaside town with beach, would highly recommend.
Lovely chilled stay
VW-Type Campervan - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 Just had a lovely weekend at Ty Cochyn. Gary the host was such a lovely man. The site is so peaceful, located just a 5 mins drive to the gorgeous Church Bay.
The dog field is such an added bonus, our two loved running around the field.
We picked a gorgeous spot in the corner and chilled of an evening with a campfire.
Gary is building a games room which will be an amazing add on to the site when finished.
We will deffo be back, Natt, Gem - Woody and Iris 🐾🐾

Medium Tent - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for Gary the owner, such a kind hearted man.. site perfectly located for everywhere we wanted to visit. Only thing I would suggest is more showers. Toilet and shower block very modern and spotless as we're the portaloos. Being adult only its a nice little escape for a long weekend away and I really want yo gatekeep this site. 😁
Amazing campsite
Medium Tent - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 My first time camping in years so I didn’t know what to expect but we absolutely loved it! The campsite was clean and spacious, in a great area and close to everything. There was an absolutely stunning beach a 5 min drive away. The toilets were very clean and modern. Gary was very welcoming and always making sure we were okay or needed anything. Will definitely be back😁

The cleanliness is a fantastic, and so are the facilities. The owner is the perfect gentleman, offering me assistance because i'm disabled. A truly must see.
Amazing site and location!
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 We stayed here over the weekend, and had an amazing time! Gary was so attentive, couldn’t do enough for us. The location is brilliant, the campsite was so clean and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend!
Beautifully Quiet and Stunning Sunsets
Single Axle Caravan - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 What a lovely site ... for stunning sunsets and star gazing .. Gary was so helpful with his local knowledge and directions. The fully serviced hardstanding/grass pitches were absolutely pitch perfection. There were picnic tables provided for each pitch. The facilities were immaculate and there will be more facilities to come next season with the New Coffee Barn feature. What a lovely base & camp site for exploring the North Eastern Section of Anglesey. The Coastal Path was about a 20 minute walk off site as was the Local Pub.

The facilities are the cleanest ive seen for a campsite
No children allowed so we found this suited us . The site is kept so clean and the pitches have electric and there own water supply .

Peaceful and enjoyable

It's so peaceful with gorgeous views over the hills and the sea. So lovely to sit and watch the sunset with the swallows flying around.
Gary the owner is friendly and helpful and keeps the facilities immaculately clean.
Gary is thoughtfully putting so much work into the site and the wildflower meadow and landscaping will just get better each year.

Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 This site was perfect for us, we had a medium size tent and the pitches are well looked after. The site is very clean & showers and toilets are spotless. Quiet and a perfect location for couples, it was so peaceful. We will be back again, this is one of the best sites we have been on. Gary is also a lovely man, who is there in person or only a call away when you need him.
Superb position
Single Axle Caravan - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 This was yet another of our last minute bookings. What a piece of luck!
The site is superbly positioned, with great views towards the sea. It is a young site and is being carefully and sympathetically developed by Gary. New, young trees, wildflowers, a natural pool are all being nurtured. There is a new toilet and shower block which is immaculate and in time, there will be a slightly larger building with additional washing facilities and a sheltered rest area.
The site was a haven of peace and quiet, with a mild breeze off the sea and the cries of sea birds for company. Gary is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. There is a pub 20 minutes walk away, although aside from Mondays in August when there is a terrific mobile chippy parked up, it does not serve food.
This stretch of the coast is wild and rugged, with great walking and opportunities to see plenty of wildlife. There are also plenty of sheltered bays to be found with great swimming.
We'll be back!

Little bit of heaven
VW-Type Campervan - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 We loved this perfect little site. Breath-taking views, peace and quiet, beautifully clean - what more could you want? A place to truly relax and just enjoy being.
The facilities were spotlessly clean, so absolutely no problems there. We chose to stay in the top field for the spectacular views, and were extremely lucky with the weather, so it was a perfect spot for us.
Gary, the owner, is a wonderful man! A pleasure to have met him. He was so friendly and accommodating, we couldn't of wished for a better host. Can't wait to return.

The site was clean and well maintained. The views from the site are stunning.
Also they have an excellent "Dog running field".

Amazing place
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Aug 2025 Me and my partner spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it. So peaceful and perfect. Facilities were spotless, location was perfect for exploring. The night sky is amazing.
Gary the owner is an absolute gentleman, full of useful information and ideas for days out. We are hoping to be back in the next couple of weeks.
We would highly recommend this site.

All facilities were clean and tidy, the views were fabulous and Gary checked in on us on the day of arrival. We couldn't have asked for more from this lovely campsite and we'll be back, for sure.

Perfect in every way!
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2025 We booked a last minute trip to stay in Anglesey. The place was perfect. Wonderful views, close to the beach, close to the pub with equally amazing views. The campsite was clean, especially the facilities, they seemed brand new!
Gary was the perfect host, always on hand to assist and to check you have everything you need. The quietness was the highlight, so peaceful and relaxing! A wonderful stay! Highly recommended!
Brilliant site
Single Axle Caravan - Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2025 Excellent booking service with confirmation sent via WhatsApp, with directions and site info all to hand.
The site is in a lovely quiet location good for walking and cycling. Still under development but Gary won't do any works whilst people are staying on site. Well thought out, with water, electric and picnic table to every pitch.
Gary is very helpful and the site is a credit to his hard work.
Quiet and peaceful
VW-Type Campervan - Grass and Hardstanding Touring Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2025 We had a lovely stay at this campsite for two nights. The owner Gary is friendly, helpful, welcoming and provided great recommendations for exploring the local area.
The site is well positioned to get great views of the sea. It's a 25 min walk to the local pub and a 35 min walk to the local bay which is stunning. There are public toilets down there along with a lovely little cafe called wave crest. The facilities on site were very clean, showers excellent and spacious with free running water.
Would highly recommend a stay here if you enjoy peace, nature, good views and clean facilities.
Lovely peaceful campsite
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2025 Lovely peaceful campsite, with basic facilities which were exceptionally clean.
The site is quite remote, the nearest things are Church Bay which is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk. However, the remoteness is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet, as all you will hear is the local wildlife and farms.
The facilities are exceptionally clean, but they are limited to just toilets and showers for now, although the owner Gary advises he is planning to build more facilities later. The showers were warm and readily available.
Gary was very friendly and always said hello and asked if we needed anything every time we saw him.
There is a dog field available at the bottom of the campsite, which is fully enclosed so you can let your dogs run off lead, which is a lovely feature of the campsite.
We would highly recommend the site if you are looking for peace and quiet with a lovely view over Church Bay.
A picturesque view and lovely stay
VW-Type Campervan - Hardstanding Campervan Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2025 On the morning of arrival, Gary sent the details for the gate and pitches so I could arrive whenever I needed.
The pitches were very clean, tidy and all hooked up with running water and electrics. The bathroom block was pristine clean and very nice. Gary always popped in to check if we were ok and offered advice on walks and other hot spots. Even providing some firewood for our fire pit. So we could make the most of the warm evening.
More building was ongoing but no noise. Looking forward to see what he is building next.
Second visit
Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2025 This was our second stay in this lovely place. I left positive review last time and this year I am doing it again.
Garry the owner was very friendly and accommodating as always.
We love this place and off course we will be coming back next year.
