Welcoming tents, caravans and motorhomes, the site has a range of grass and hardstanding pitches. Most pitches come with 10 amp electric as standard, and the rest have optional hook ups.
There are also a handful of electric hardstanding pitches with 10 amp electric hook up and water hook up.
The site is spread across three camping and touring fields, comprising of the main field which is a short walk from the central car park, the lake field (as the name suggests!) and the ledges field which is better suited to tents due to steep access, and slightly further from facilities than the other fields.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesApr 2025
This was a great camp site that felt characterful due to its different areas like a hill side patch and pond view. There is an extremely friendly horse who loves to meet new friends, and other horses to see at the entrance. A cute little stream runs through which kids were paddling in.
There is a washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. The toilets were kept really clean.
It is a 5 minute walk from the garage shop and a Star bucks and more importantly, approx 7 minute walk to Torrent walk which is just beautiful!
The site would suit anybody from couples, families and friends..there was even a gent staying on his own who used a mobility scooter to take himself down the lanes. We would definitely stay again.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesMar 2025
On arrival, the pitch wasn't suitable for us. I spoke to the staff, they swapped us straight away, came over to check we were okay and got the electric opened up.
The site is well kept and welcomes all types of camping, large and small. Showers were lovely and warm, I like that you don't have to keep pressing a button to keep the shower running.
The only downside was as the site filled up, the water pressure went down rapidly. We would stay at this site again to use as a base location, it's not somewhere to stay if you don't want to drive about.
Lovely site

Stayed here for one night in a Campervan! Loved the fact that you can book online, they send your pitch number and then your done.
Beautiful views, it was quiet and friendly. The site has everything you'd need, the facilities were lovely and clean, I would use these again.
