Relaxation

This campsite is so homely, but with nature at its finest. We were welcomed by Debbie & Mark who were so helpful and kind! They made us feel so welcome. The pub next door is literally on your doorstep with an added bonus of selling tennants larger! There is a huge play park and footy field 5mimutes walk away through a cute lil village. The lake is great for beginners paddle boarding. The facilities on site were immaculate and clean. Couldn't fault the place for a 2 night stay!

Perfect facilities

We stayed for two Nights. Very friendly staff, nice place beside a small River. A pub where you can eat is nearby.

The perfect spot

We came to Bonnie Park on a whim. It turns out to be the best camp park we have been too the riverside pitches are amazing. The sit is clean and so well looked after. The wardens ( Debbie and Mark) are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. They look after you from the second you arrive and are such nice people. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. When they say there is a pub on your door step, they are not kidding the Horse &Hound is all of a 60 second walk from our pitch. We will for sure be coming back here. Thank you so much

Fab-u-lous!

This was our first time campervan camping & we were not disappointed. A beautiful scenic base, with exceptionally well maintained facilities. The wardens, Debbie & Mark, were so helpful & very kind. Thank you for lending us a power cable!. We will definitely be back. Thank you again.

Highly recommend

Lovely site with excellent facilities all of which were free to use ie washing machine and tumble dryer. Toilets and showers very clean. Nice big pitches. The couple running the campsite were lovely, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back as there were still plenty of things to do. The pub next door does fab food at decent prices.

Lovely setting.

This was our fist trip to Scotland in our touring caravan. The site has spotless and well maintained showers and toilets - free, with lots of hot water. There is an added bonus of free to use washing machine and tumble drier. The setting of the Scottish Borders is beautiful. The site is close to Jedburgh and Kelso, which are well worth a visit. As is Fatlips Castle which was a short uphill walk and suggested by the warden. We also took a longer drive to St Abbs, which was beautiful. The site wardens are very friendly and couldn't do enough. The midweek warden was very knowledgeable about places to visit and treatment for our pet. He even took delivery of a parcel for us. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant beautiful location

Lovely 1 night stopover very peaceful everywhere very clean lovely toilet and shower block nice quiet walk for our elderly rescue dog within easy distance had pitch by river lovely toilet watch the ducks

2 nights in the sun with the birds

Lovely setting, it inspired my 4 year old to declare she wanted to climb the hill next to the site, which was unexpected but she did it and was thrilled to see her tent! Trina was lovely, and very helpful. Everything clean and well maintained. Lovely location by the river.

Lovely site

We have had a lovely stay at this site. A lovely welcome from Trina & Aaron. The wardens, Debbie & Mark, were very helpful and super friendly. They kept everything lovely and clean, were always on the go cutting the grass, keeping facilities clean and well stocked. Peaceful site on an evening. Only one point is that they could really do with a disabled facility for those who may need it so that they are able to be assisted. Otherwise, wouldn't hesitate to go back again 👍👍

Peaceful dite

A lovely peaceful site by the river. Excellent food in pub next door. Informative on local bus service and taxi service wound have been helpful.

Great campsite

we booked and stayed at this campsite for 2 nights. The site wardens were very welcoming and made sure our stay went smoothly. The campsite was clean and tidy. It was peaceful with a river close by with a small walk along the waterside. The facilities were very clean and tidy. This campsite is a 2 minute walk to the local pub. I would definitely recommend and we have booked again

Magical!

Amazing location right on the river. From the lovely welcome by our warden, sorry I didn’t get her name, to the immaculate facilities, pristine showers and loos, we loved every minute of our stay. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Friendly and welcoming

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Stylish and clean bathrooms. Campers kitchen with microwave. Needs common room and wifi.

Gorgeous little campsite

Absolutely gorgeous little campsite by the river. Wardens were so helpful & friendly and clearly take real pride in their roles. The whole place ans in particular the facilities are modem, clean and kept to a high standard. There’s a lovely village pub right next door & you are within easy reach by car for Jedburgh & other little border towns. Would highly recommend Bonnie Park, we will be back, thank you so much.

Relaxed days

We were warmly welcomed by Debbie and got good tips for walks in the area. The site and all facilities are neat and tidy and look very nice. The woodcarving art is really charming. We appreciated the heated shower area. Pleasant: the nearby inn offers nice meals in a friendly atmosphere. We liked the natural and quiet surrounding. All in all, we had a relaxed stay at Bonnie Park.

Superb site

Lovely greeting from Mark when we arrived , spacious individual site for our tent. Excellent facilities, very clean . Lovely setting with the river running alongside the campsite . Very well organised, thanks so much . Oh and a lovely pub is right next to the campsite. Very quiet site

Great camping site

Great little site next to a little stream/river and more importantly, a pub! Large gravel and grass pitches, so could park the van and have room for sitting out or in an awning. Facilities were very clean and modern, although suggest using large fixed loo rolls in the the toilets to save them running out as quick. There was a separate field for children to play ball games etc. Wardens very friendly and helpful. Need a hook on the back of toilet doors to hand wet coat on in poor weather. I'm surprised that there wasn't a disabled shower (unless I didn't spot it).

We have only had our camper van for six months but this site is our favourite we came home and immediately booked again for the August bank holiday weekend Mark and Debs were great hosts and the site has everything you could possibly need plus a pub next door 🍺 happy days 😎🌞
