Motorhome - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2023

Ideal for a stop off in the campervan while in the area. Literally a peaceful field with two port-a-loos by the stables. There is no lighting if setting up after hours of daylight and no electric. Situated walking distance to two pubs, Sainsburys and Outlets!

Quiet site

Motorhome - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2023

Ideal location as we were meeting friends in the pub next door. Did not explore the area, but seemed a good location for the Cheshire Oaks.

Overpriced for the facilities.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2023

Nice relaxing site. Some noise from the motorway but soon forget its there. Ideal location for Chester and Liverpool as the bus goes from Cheshire Oaks, which is 10 min walk from the site. Only two portaloos and water, so £20 a night is a bit steep with nothing else on site.

It is what it says on the tin

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJun 2023

We chose to stay here the night before going to Chester Zoo. It was perfect location for this and we also walked to Cheshire Oaks Designer outlet, which was perfect as the car parks were full. Although it was just a field, it was perfect for our stay, with only a maximum of 5 pitches and adult only, it was lovely and quiet on the pitch. There is road noise but it's bearable. The toilets are only portaloos, but for one night it's passable. We'd stay again. Thank you.

Peaceful stay

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2023

The place was lovely, beautiful horses around and flowers. They have several toilets as that wasn't clear at first. The owner was very accommodating and nice :)

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2021

Lovely, pretty, and spacious campsite! 15 minutes walk from Cheshire Oaks Shopping Centre, and it’s many restaurants. We pitched under oak tree, then walked to Cheshire Oaks to eat at Miller & Carter Steakhouse, then watched a movie at the cinema. Porta Cabin loos were spotless. Lady who greeted us was very friendly, and helpful. There were quite a few tents pitched up, but it was very quiet. We had a peaceful nights sleep in our camper van. It was a stopover, as we were attending The VW Show at Tatton Park the next day. No EHU, but we don’t need it so not an issue for us. I think it is an adults only site, but not sure. We will definitely use it again when we fancy a days shopping, a meal and a movie night!
